Here, secluded sunbathing terraces, sparkling pools, restaurants, bars, water-sports & health spa nestle beside a clear blue, turquoise sea. Its all on site. In fact some of our guests rarely leave!!

The property is great: fully equipped kitchen, air con, great view from the large balcony Comprehensive welcome pack on arrival - best I've ever received. Property Manager on call to give help when and if needed The property is located in the Patara Prince resort with full access to one of Kalkan's largest beach clubs, lovely pools, tennis courts etc. The walk to the town itself is about a mile, across the bay.
“Great relaxing visit”
Had a great time in Kalkan, the accomodation was great only surpassed by the amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen had all the modcons, there was a barbeque outside and really helpfully you got a massive welcome basket to save you hurrying to the shop immediately for breakfast. The balcony really was the highlight and we sat out there most nights watching the sunset but it's only a 10-15min walk or 13 lira taxi into town where you find really nice places to eat (similar menus though if there for over a week). Resort itself was good, we didnt eat or drink there but the pools were nice (adult only & separate family pool) plus loads of platforms near the sea for sunbathing and diving off.
“Very beautiful and relaxing place.”
The apartment is first class. Very pretty with lots of character. The food and restaurants in the village where great in the evenings whilst the bustling markets and fantastic excursions keep you entertained through the day. The resort is very peaceful with private coves by the sea to relax in. It also has a selection of bars, restaurants, pools and relaxtion rooms. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.
“Beautiful Apartment with Fabulous Views”
My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful two week holiday in Kalkan where we stayed at the Manzara Penthouse Apartment. The apartment was fitted out to a very high standard, with comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We were greeted on arrival with a lovely welcome pack, which meant we didn't have to rush out to buy provisions. The private balcony was large and sunny with fantastic views over Kalkan Bay. It took approx 15 minutes to walk into Kalkan, which is a lovely quaint little town with cobbled streets leading to the harbour. There are a huge amount of restaurants to choose from. The onsite shop had fresh bread daily and was fairly well stocked although we bought fresh meat, fruit and vegetables in Kalkan. The airport transfers we arranged via Nigel were prompt and professional and they even provided us with biscuits and water for the journey All in all from first enquiring about the apartment we have been more than impressed with the quality of service received from Nigel & Jan...well done 10 out of 10!!
“Perfect Holiday Home”
Beautiful penthouse which has refurbished to a very high standard. The owners provide everything you require to have a worry free holiday. A welcome pack is included on arrival, and also other goodies around the property. The property is located near to the entrance of the Patara Prince resort which we preferred as it gave us easy access to walking to Kalkan, about 15 mins walk, although a taxi can be arranged via gatehouse. The resort has 3 good swimming pools and good access to the sea via swimming platforms. A minibus operates around the resort if the hills and steps are too much. The penthouse had a mid stay clean where fresh bedding and towels, including beach towels, were provided. The penthouse has access to the internet with a router in the bedroom. There is a large balcony with 2 sun loungers and seating for 4 people. The views from the balcony are spectacular overlooking the bay of Kalkan. Daytime views include watching the many boat trips leaving the harbour, and nighttime views where you can see the town light up.There is also a smaller balcony out of the bedroom door. We chose to eat out most nights but the penthouse has a very good equipped kitchen if you prefer to eat in. There is also a bbq on the balcony. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
“A fantastic piece of paradise”
We have stayed in this apartment for the second year running and it is brilliant. Everything is decorated to a high standard with everything you could need. The views are amazing. The booking was very easy with the friendly and professional owners. Patara prince is a really senic and well kept resort. We will be back next year.
“Amazing apartment with an amazing view”
Wonderful weeks holiday in a perfect appartment. Very useful and welcome hamper as arrived late, enjoyed the bread and cheese washed down with a glass of wine. Everything you could possibly need for your stay with a fantastic balcony for private sunbathing and eating/drinking while admiring the ever changing view. The use of ameanities Was great, usual problem with people leaving towels on sun beds and not appearing until hours later!! Luckily lots of options for sunbathing with more than one pool and sea terraces so we managed. Local shop supplies everything you need at a fair price and kalkan close by. Would defiantly go back but for the fact there are so many places to visit in turkey, was way up there and that's our 5th visit to the country, thank you Nigel, you did good!!
