The Apartment is on the ground floor of a small private block of 3 apartments.
There are 3 bedrooms all with en suite toilet and shower facilities. The master bedroom has a large King size bed, The second bedroom has twin beds. The third has 2 single beds . All rooms are fully air conditioned.
There is a large lounge with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a maid service for the cleaning and bedding.
There is a small private courtyard at the rear and at the front is the swimming pool, with sun loungers and an 'al fresco' dining area.
The apartment is at the top of the Kalamar Road with a pleasant stroll down the hill into the town.

Lovely well equipped spacious apartment, we stayed for a month and some nights we cooked or BBQ'd .The apartment has everything you need it really is a home from home, it was nice to have the pool right outside the front door it made for a very relaxing holiday. Good location about 20 min walk to the town very pretty, fantastic restaurants high quality of food. There is a shop almost next door to the apartment, a nice bar across the road run by Ali very nice and friendly, and a great restaurant Café Aqua 2 mins walk turn right outside the apartment Owner Yusef and his boys make sure you have a good time. we will be back next year.
“Great value and good location”
The apartment opens on to the pool area, and we were usually the only people using it, so it felt as though we had a private pool. Acros the road is the Elixir Hotel with a pool table and Sky Sports on tap, which my sons loved. Inside the apartment is very nice, though could do with an ornament cull as surfaces are a bit cluttered. The kitchen is well-equipped and although only room for one person at a time to work in the area, it was fine for us, as we ate out every night. as restaurants are good value, and many will deliver for free too. The shower rooms are lovely, and beds very comfortable- the aircon works well too. Another plus is the great wifi signal from the Elixir that works around the pool and in the apartment. There are a couple of supermarkets wtihin a minutes walk, so really no need to leave the apartment. We were tempted to just loll by the pool all day and enjoy it! Kalkan in August is quite touristy, and lots of people are regulars who seem to know one another from years of returning to the same spot. The best way to join in is to go on a boat trip at the beginning of the holiday - as we realised when we had a great trip on our last day! Thanks Colino Apartment, you were great!
I stayed at the Colino Apartment in Kalkan in July/August 2014 with my kids 25, 24 and 14 and can only describe our holiday as truly amazing!! The owners provided us with lots of information and photos before our arrival so we were already excited, but our expectations were most definitely exceeded!! Our transfer (using the recommended company Enes) was very comfortable and our driver provided us with chilled bottles of water and snacks whilst he loaded our luggage, we were not rushed and immediately felt relaxed. When we arrived at the apartment the owner Ali of the Hotel opposite (Elixir) came out to welcome us, he knows the owners well, he was to become a good friend throughout our stay!! The Elixir has a fantastic open bar (very luxurious but not too expensive) where they serve amazing cocktails and delicious food, couldn't believe how lucky we were to have this on our doorstep!! We hadn't even opened the gate to the complex and we were already impressed!! Coming through the gate we stepped into a secluded complex with three apartments ours being the ground floor and right opposite a fantastic pool which was much bigger than the pictures we had seen. We pulled back the patio doors and walked into the apartment and we just couldn't stop smiling!! It's was so spacious, homely and well equipped, everything we could possibly need was there!! Our welcome pack and plenty of information about the area was laid out for us. The rooms were immaculate, plenty of space, air conditioning, and great wet rooms in each room!! The beds were really comfortable and from the first night we all slept well. I hadn't been on holiday with my older kids for a few years but I needn't have worried the apartment gave us all a bit of space but just as you would at home, we could all sit together for meals and relaxing. We didn't watch the TV but did make use of the iPod dock to play music as we chilled by the pool. THE POOL..... Our friend for 10 days, the weather was hot so being able to dip in and out of the pool was pure luxury!! The pool was cleaned everyday and the gardens kept looking lush. The sunbeds were really comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for us to use. In fact there were books, games, toys for younger kids, so much in fact, you literally just need your clothes. An added bonus was the washing machine which meant I went home and only had to unpack!! We had a mid stay clean and fresh linen, very thorough and professional. So much to tell you, so ill keep going... There was a choice of two local supermarkets which had mostly anything you would need and just a two minute walk (there was a bigger supermarket in town which is a couple of mins by taxi but we didn't need it.) Ali the owner of the Elixir was brilliant if we needed a taxi we would stroll across and see him, he would call the taxi for us. The yellow taxis pass along the main road as well so you can usually hail one. There are several bars/restaurants within walking distance, Cafe Vita was one of our fav's as well as The Elixir :-) Kalkan is a town on many levels literally so be prepared to walk!! ladies leave the heels at home, the cobbled streets are beautiful but hazardous in heels . Trust me you will want flat comfy shoes /sandals so that you can explore the shops and restaurants. There's a bustling atmosphere but not in a stressful way you can take your time meandering through the streets and in and out of the shops (they are definitely worth looking in) there is something for everyone!! I would recommend a roof top restaurant called the Sofra as you come into the town, melt in your mouth steaks!! We didn't have one bad meal during our stay and the people were so friendly. I could tell you all so much but one last recommendation, don't leave Kalkan without going on a "Sunset Cruise" trip, the moonlight cruise was absolutely magical, a memory I will treasure, only use "Sunset" the best in my opinion!! I would like to keep this hidden gem to myself but that would be mean. If you are looking for an unforgettable holiday, you've found it!! The Colino Apartment was the perfect base and 'home from home' during our fantastic summer holiday, I would 110% recommend this Haven. We've booked to go back and can't wait!!
“Very clean and spacious apartment with great facilities and comfort.”
We were very impressed with the size, cleaneness and comfort of this apartment. Not only was the main bedroom with onsuite but the other two bedrooms also, which all family members loved. As mother it was vital for me to wash, dry and ion a few clothing i.e. towels, evening dresses etc. during the holiday. Again, all equipment were available. A pool outside the apartment allowed us to cool down at any time of the day, nevertheless the provided aircondition in all major living- and sleeping areas helped us indoors too. May we also point out that the communication with the owners of the property were always very polite and welcoming and a guide during our stay helpful. Hopefully we will be back one day... “Ideal apartment in a beautiful town with lots to do - visited last year and hope to visit again next year.”
This apartment is in a lovely location with a bar with very friendly staff just opposite where we often popped over for a drink or snack and to play pool and watch the football. A lovely cafe is a 2 min walk down the road where we had breakfast most mornings. The town of kalkan is not far either where we ate out every evening. The apartment has everything you would need and more.
