Stunning Villa in Komurluk, Kalkan, Mediterranean Region, Turkey - Fantastic Location; just a few minutes walk to Palm Beach Club, 10 minutes from harbour and town. Superb infinity pool (option of heating at an extra cost) overlooking the sea.

Villa Mercan is situated in Komurluk which is known locally as the most prestigious and exclusive area of Kalkan, with breath taking and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and Turquoise Coastline.

Offering stunning sunsets; the harbour and lights of Kalkan also give a spectacular evening view from Villa Mercan and the extensive Ottoman cushioned seating area on the Roof Terrace.

Within easy walking distance to the historic old town and the abundance of restaurants, bars and shops to tempt all. The Beach Clubs are also close by, with the Palm Beach Club just 100 metres away.

Getting around

The harbour is located 15 mins walk away by the sea road, (this can be a little rough underfoot). There is a boat taxi from Palm Beach Club just below the villa, which is a lovely way to see the harbour. Taxis are in abundance in Kalkan and very very cheap.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
