Description

The apartment has got two large double bedrooms downstairs - one of which with en-suite bathroom - and one large double bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom and splendid roof terrace with panoramic Kalkan and Kalamar bay view. Downstairs nice covered balcony with charming views to the old centre. The complex offers a large shared freshwater pool 10 x 25m and spacious patio area plus a.small dipping pool for small children. Each apartment has there own sunbeds and umbrellas on the patio area. The complex is maintained to very high standards. Private parking area and 24 hour security in complex. 150m from the complex towards the centre there is a little super market - Can Can. On the top of that you will find a cosy little bar.

Due to it's elevated position the apartment may be unsuitable for those with walking/mobility difficulties. Not considered a problem for children.

Large shared freshwater pool 10 x 25m and spacious patio area. Barbecue on top terrace. Nice olive gardens on the back of the apartment viewed from little table and chairs next to frontdoor.

15 minutes walk to the Kalkan and Kalamar beaches. 20 minutes drive to the faboulous Patara beach.

10-15 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants, butchers and grocery. Approx. 30 minutes (beautiful!) drive to Kas with car and about 1 hour drive to Fethiye (Thursday big market).

There are six banks in the village, all with ATMs. Five small, but well-stocked supermarkets are within walking distance. No need to worry about carrying groceries uphill, they all provide a lift back! Also two good butchers in town center. Nearby cafes and restaurants also do delivery on request. This could come in handy when deciding to dine at home from the most magnificently located rooftop terrace of your own.

When going out there are numerous excellent eating places in the village, mostly with rooftop tables, and the cuisine is mouthwatering! A good adwise is to try as many as possible - they all offer unique foods and menus.

“Apartment with the ultimate view of beautiful Kalkan”

Fantastic apartment on an amazing complex. Clean & comfortable with the most amazing views from the terrace. Peaceful & relaxing pool area too - couldn't ask for more!!!

Well appointed, good pool, good location, fantastic cleaning. Worth a visit. Must be able to climb stairs. Can Can supermarket will deliver groceries to your door.
