Description

Villa Sermin, conveniently situated at the top of Kalamar Hill, is 5min. walk to the Kalamar Beach Club (with its watersports, dive centre and restaurant with courtesy bus back!), or a 20min.walk (5min. dolmus ride) to the centre of Kalkan, where the cobbled streets and alleyways are lined with small boutiques and restaurants to meet every taste.

The Villa, a 'home in the sun', rather than a 'villa to let', is equipped and furnished accordingly, with all of the comforts of home, and more. The beach towels,chairs,umbrellas, cool-bag and wine cooler are there for the trips to Patara or Kapatas Beaches.

The poolside summer kitchen, barbeque and dining area allows daytime and evening al fresco living, while the lower terrace, overlooking the pool, and the Kitchen terrace allow relaxed wining and dining whilst enjoying the stunning views over Kalamar Bay.

The split-level layout of the Villa makes it ideal accomodation for two families or families with older children, with two lounge areas.

There is a Welcome Pack provided for your arrival.Pool towels are supplied.As my home, the Villa is left supplied with tea, coffee,toilet and kitchen rolls,dishwasher tabs.,washing powder,fabric conditioner etc. so that we don't have to go out shopping for essentials when we return.Property to be vacated by 10am, on departure, although we try to be flexible, where we can.

This unique property has been designed to flood the interior with light without having the glare and heat of the sun.It is light and airy with high ceilings and marble floors throughout the accomodation.

The larger than average pool( 10.5 x 3.5mtr. with a depth of 1.5mtr) has steps down into it, rather than a ladder.The Villa has mature terraced gardens from the front and round the side to the pool area.The Villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac with parking at the front.

The house was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We felt at home in the first few hours. I definitely want to go back. Highly recommended.

“Perfect holiday, beautiful place and fantastic villa”

We were there for nine days with another family, the villa was extremely comfortable well equipped and had a warm relaxing feel to it. Kakan is a very atmospheric place with windy streets, lovely boutiques, market stalls and a great variety of restaurants. We hired a boat here for the day 'captain Lucky' and had the most amazing time. The local beach club at Kalamar does a fantastic homemade ice lemonade and you can easily spend days there relaxing, swimming and a great diving school too, the kids loved it. We did hire a car so as to visit some near by places, definitely try the fresh trout farms and get up really early ( avoid the crowds) to go to Seklikent Gorge, so beautifull. A thoroughly great holiday x
