This stunning, architect designed, 7 * five bedroom villa with breathtaking views across the Kalkan harbour, is luxury personified. Fittingly named “Harika” the family villa lives up to it's name which translates to “beautiful”.

Each of the five bedrooms have luxury en-suite bath/shower rooms, one of which includes a jaccuzi experience. Two of the rooms have super king-size beds, a further two bedrooms have two super singles, and the fifth room has a double bed, enabling 10 people to comfortably stay in the villa. There are also floor-to-ceiling bespoke wardrobes in each bedroom ensuring plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The master bedroom on the first floor also has a built-in-safe deposit box should you wish to keep safe any valuables. Cots can also be provided. The two bedrooms on the first floor have french windows which slide open, to enable you to experience a truly amazing balcony view of Kalkan harbour and the beautiful mediterranean bay. The two islands in the near distance, “snake” and “mouse” island, are solely inhabited by goats!

Extensive use of beautifully finished marble on all three floor levels, walls and furnishing make for a practical but beautiful finish, which brings the look and feel together, throughout Villa Harika and it's sumptuous terrace.

The ground level encompasses a large living room with two luxury sofas, coffee table, dimmer-switch lighting, a large screen Philips TV/DVD, digibox (sports, news etc), and a sound system with amplifier and ipod/pad connection. The sound system also extends to the outside terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the terrace brings the ouside sunshine flooding in. Off the lounge is a well stocked and sizeable kitchen/dining room, with all the equipment necessary for you and your family to enjoy your stay. Dishwasher, microwave, family sized fridge/freezer, gas hob/electric oven are all incorporated in the kitchen. There is also a cold/hot water dispenser. The dining area seats 8 people and again, french doors enable access to the terrrace, swimming pool and gardens.

Also on the ground floor is a wc/washroom. In addtion to the two bedrooms at the lower level, there is also a sizeable utility room, which incorporates a washing machine, wash basin, ironing facilities and laundry/towel/linen storage. Beach towels are also provided for use during your holiday. A fifth annexed bedroom is also on the lower level. The lower level bedrooms have direct access onto a beautiful, well stocked garden, together with a comfortable soft seating area.

Free wi-fi is available and air-conditioning ia also available throught the villa.

The outdoor experience is truly amazing. A large (11m x 4m) infinity pool fronts onto a stunning view over the Kalkan bay. There are 8 luxury sunbeds and side tables available to enjoy the constant supply of sunshine typical in this part of the world. There are also a number of parasols on the terrace. A large outdoor marble dining table which, again, seats 8 people comfortably, is positioned to enable you to take in the view, and enjoy the cool breeze coming off the mediterranean sea. To the side of the villa is a cool, often shaded area, which incorporates an outdoor kitchen, comprising a professsional bbq housed in a brick chimney, an outdoor fridge and a marble work surface. There is also a large soft seating area and coffee table to provide another spot in which to relax. Outdoor lighting lights up the terrace and gardens at night.

The gardens provide a lush setting and also include various fruit trees.

The linen is changed every week, and the villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We can also provide a “welcome pack” for a small charge, to include basic but important provisions, such as bread, tea, coffee, milk etc. There are a number of supermarkets in Kalkan town, including a recently opened store opened by the Tesco group, which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa.

Located just above the beautiful harbour of Kalkan, the villa is a short walk down to the town centre, shops, restaurants, bars, beach and beach clubs.
