Description

Villa Swan is a striking, contemporary villa that has been equipped to a very high standard to make a beautiful holiday home. The villa boasts beautiful sea views from all levels, a large private swimming and spacious open plan living area with a double height mezzanine. All three of the bedrooms are en-suite and have a private balcony.

Interior:

The ground floor of the villa is open plan and includes a luxury kitchen area with a full range of modern style units, an island unit with breakfast bar and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and water unit dispenser. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine. The rest of the ground floor comprises of a spacious dining and lounge area with plenty of seating. In the lounge area there is a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

Floor-to-ceiling patio doors on this level flood the villa with light and lead out to the infinity pool and sunbathing terraces.

The entrance door opens onto the first floor which has a entrance hall with a striking mezzanine glass viewing area which looks over the dining area on the ground floor below. On this level there is also a spacious seating area with and a cloakroom. The twin bedroom is also located on this floor, which has an en-suite shower bathroom and a large balcony with beautiful sea views.

On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower bathroom, generous walk-in dressing room with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large private balcony with a stunning Jacuzzi/hot tub from which sea views can be enjoyed. A second bedroom at this level provides a double bed, with an en-suite shower bathroom and balcony with sea views.

Further stairs lead up to the roof terrace.

Exterior:

Outside, the villa offers a large private infinity swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace which wraps around the pool. In addition there is an alfresco dining area with BBQ, sun loungers and a 'love seat'. On the top level of the villa there is a large roof terrace which offers spectacular, uninterrupted views over Kalkan and the bay.

The villa is ideally situated, being just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan Old Town.

Getting around

Within Kalkan itself there is often no need for transport. However, taxis are cheap and readily available or hire cars can be booked. In the surrounding area, there are good transport links to local towns and villages via bus or minibus (dolmus). To visit the many sites of attraction near to Kalkan such as Saklikent Gorge, Patara Ruins & beach, Tlos, Kekova, Myra, Xanthos and the Greek island of Meis- many local tour companies offer daily tours to these sites or car hire is reasonably priced.
