This pretty villa is located in the walking distance to the Kalkan city center and beach. ıt has beautiful views of the Kalkan bay in a peaceful, relaxing setting. With it's location, amazing views and green ambience.Villa Ahıska is great choice for a restful holiday experience.Also this modern villa is ideal for large families and friend groups.

The villa consists of a private pool, terrace with garden, 5 comfortably designed en-suite bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/lounge with sea views.

Game Room: Pool, Table tennis, Air hockey.

Gorgeous villa with large pool area with stunning views,one of the most amazing and luxurious villa we've stayed in.Modern and spacious with everything you need.Future guests will NOT be disappointed!!!!

From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Mustafa was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. Ive stayed in a lot of villas and this tops them all by far. Thanks Mustafa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Baransel Group (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
