Villa Petra is a synergy of luxury, style and nature. The 150 m² new, stone-built villa, located on the outskirts of Kamilari, with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, with 50 m² pool and panorama view is ideal for families with kids or couples.

Villa Petra is the place to go if you are looking for stress relief. It is a place where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air of the Cretan countryside. Surrounded by olive groves, as well as 1000 m² of private garden consisted of ecologically grown vegetables and fruits, a herb garden and a cactus garden, it is really nested in the green nature.

In the 50 m² infinity pool, with separate baby pool, there is a hydro-massage bench to help you relax and relieve your tired or sore muscles.

Villa Petra is built with love to details. This well-appointed and more than fully equipped villa (light and warm colours in painting and furniture) consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a living/ dining room.

As you enter the villa, you find yourself in the open plan lounge area equipped with SAT-TV and decorated with natural stone and wood. The living room is spacious and bright, pierced by large windows so that the guests can enjoy the view.

Right next to it is the dinning area for lunch or dinner and a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher).

Left and right to the living room you will find the two bedrooms of the villa. Each 25 m² bedroom has its own unique style, inspired by a different era, and each own en-suite 10 m² bathroom. The one is decorated with natural stone and wood inspired by the cretan tradition and the other one is modern with stark white and earth tones granting a relaxing atmosphere. Both bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds (1.80x2.00m), unique wardrobes and have direct access to the pool and terrace. Each of the two bedrooms has its own distinctive style, though both of them are decorated so as to enjoy the charm of every room and discover a new dimension of holidays .

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, stereo system, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite television, mosquito nets, alarm and camera Outdoor Home Surveillance security system, safety box and Wi-Fi .

From inside the villa, the private terrace and the pool you have a beautiful sea view and a dazzling panorama over the villages Pitsidia, Sivas and Listaros. What could be more restful than letting one`s eyes wander into the distance?

How do damage deposits work?
