Description

Our newly renovated condo in the updated Kauai Kailani complex is the perfect place to enjoy all that Kauai has to offer. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the second floor lanai. Conveniently located on the Coconut Coast, this condo easily accommodates up to 4 people with a new king bed in the master suite and bedroom/den with a comfortable pull out sofa. A brand new, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and modern stainless steel appliances makes it easy to prepare meals to eat in or take on your island adventures. Two outdoor barbeques are available for guest use. Just steps away is a lovely beach as well as the scenic Kapaa walking and bike path that runs all along the east coast of Kauai. The condo is walking distance to a number of restaurants, from elegant oceanside dining to down home family restaurants. Grocery stores, a yoga studio and a bike rental shop are also within walking distance.

To make your stay more convenient, we have installed a brand new washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in each room and an air conditioning unit is available for those extra warm days. Other items such as beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are provided for your use. There are no resort fees and parking and the recently upgraded Wifi are free. For those times you want to relax in the condo, there are Netflix and Roku for entertainment.

The central location gives you easy access to all that Kauai offers. In the Kapaa area, you can kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls in the morning or hike the Sleeping Giant trail for incredible island views. A short trip to the south brings you to the famous beaches of Poipu and further west is the beautiful Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Head up to the scenic North Shore and explore the laid back town of Hanalei, the beautiful cliffs of Na Pali at the end of the road or golf at the upscale resort in Princeville. Kauai is a truly magical place that we enjoy sharing with others.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tom and Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
