Description

Spectacular Lakefront Condo situated in Kaslo BC on the shore of Kootenay Lake and surrounded by the breathtaking Purcell & Selkirk Mountains. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned, flat-screen tv, wireless internet, fireplace, large deck, barbecue, in-suite laundry, underground parking, king-sized bed in master bedroom and single over double bunks in 2nd bedroom. We also include for your use two bicycles and complementry cross country skiing passes.

Located within walking distance of downtown Kaslo, just 10 minutes from Ainsworth Hot Springs, 30 minutes from the mining ghost town of Sandon, and less than an hour from the city of Nelson, made famous by the filming of Steve Martin's "Roxanne."

Experience British Columbia's scenic Kootenay region and enjoy kayaking, cycling, paddleboarding, boating, swimming, sport fishing (Kootenay Lake is home to the world famous Gerrard Trout which can easily reach 10 kg), hiking, golfing, skiing and exploring. The quaint and historic Village of Kaslo is home to the renowned Annual Jazz Festival, the meticulously restored sternwheeler SS Moyie, and a thriving local art and music scene. Kaslo enjoys the distinction of being called "BC's Prettiest Town and the Switzerland of the Americas."

The Condo is predominately aged 55+ and a great place to relax and unwind. There is a 11 PM "good neighbor" policy on the decks for guests and owners and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Hot tub hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:PM. Rules and bylaws are posted.

House rules

This no smoking complex (including the balconies) and is comprised of mainly 55+ residents. With this in mind we try to create a good neighbor policy by keeping the noise down. Hot tub hours are 0800 AM - 10:00 PM.
Please keep conversation and music on decks to a friendly minimum, and off after 11 PM.
Be careful with overhead clearance in the underground parking. If your vehicle has roof racks, lift kit, etc be very cautious. Parking is also available outside.

How do damage deposits work?
