Our luxury guest suite is outfitted with many thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort. We think you will love what we have done. Beautifully appointed, the unit has a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, even a WAFFLE-MAKER and crock pot!), comfortable queen and twin size beds, an awe-inspiring balcony view including a gas BBQ overlooking fun-tastic Lake Okanagan, and underground parking. A CD/DVD player, AM/FM stereo, video game console, and 3 TV's (one is a large flat-screen TV) are available for your entertainment. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, non-allergetic duvet, Egyptian cotton sheets, and a walk-in closet.

We maintain our places immaculately clean and welcoming. This is a unique 12th floor unit with breath-taking views from floor to ceiling glass that permit an abundance of natural light and panouramic sights.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
