You will love this location! Step outside your sliding glass doors for direct access to the pools and courtyard. This gorgeous King Room suite is loaded with luxury. Granite kitchen with eating bar and stainless steel appliances, granite in the bathrooms, King Master Suite with private ensuite with glassed shower.

The second bedroom/*den is equipped with 2 twin beds, and also have a smaret tv your Netflix account or youtube.

This gorgeous condo sleeps 6. (Max of 4 adults please) Discovery Bay offers an unbeatable location on the waterfront of Downtown Kelowna. Just a short stroll from our condo you'll find a great beach, a bird sanctuary, and beautiful park like grounds and walkways along the water leading you right downtown. Nearby you'll find restaurants, pubs, night clubs, art galleries, theatres, concerts, and even the casino is nearby. Our condo rents weekly or nightly rates. Master Bedroom has King Bed. Second/ bedroom/den sleeps 2 with 2 twin beds ( can be a short kIng on request).

In the living room you will find a Queen Size pull out sofa. All ammenties included, such as cable tv, telelphone, and internet access for your laptop. We've also added a board games for some indoor fun.Stay at Discovery Bay Resort and experience Kelowna's waterfront like never before. The resort also has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a gym for your enjoyment.

We have 2 condos available, our executive King Suite and our Classic Queen Suite is next door. Great for larger groups or families.**Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm, please advise us prior to booking if you require an alternative time and we will see if it's possible.

Cleaning fee of $125 is added plus gst at 5% Our policies: sorry no pets including guests visiting bringing pets. max 4 adults over 18, and a total of 6 persons with children under age 18.

All adults in adult only groups only must all be over the age of 26. Please advise us when requesting your group details family or singles. We do not accept single groups for stags or other events ID may be asked for upon checkin for verification of age or identity..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
