Description

La Petite Suite is a newly renovated, bright, 850 sq ft lower level suite. It is a partial, self contained accomodation that is attached to our home. This charming and cozy two bedroom, one bath with complete kitchen, dining and living room is a welcome retreat for the single, couple or family who require temporary accomodation while they vacation, complete business or require hospital access in our beautiful city. It is in an ideal location in the Lower Mission with easy vehicle travel to wineries, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, golf courses, and skiing. The hospital is less than 6 km away. We are also within a ten minute walk to the CNC, H2O Aquatic Center, Sarson's Beach and the Michaelbrook Golf Course. A seasonal organic farm market is also enroute!

La Petite Suite is tastefully furnished with full access to a laundry and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware and bakeware that you would require to feel at home.The Master bedroom features a large closet, fresh linens, a desk and one comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom, also with a large closet, is fitted with fresh linens and two comfortable twin beds that readily convert to a king size should you need. A small dog is very welcome- with soft pet bedding and pet dishes provided! Toys are happily available for small children.

The spacious bath appeals to both those who love to soak and/or shower. The living area offers an intimate dining space with a table, chandelier, hutch and four chairs, a sofa, benches and a chair. A 40 inch flat screen TV and an electric fireplace are welcome additions to those who just prefer to cozy up at home. Wifi and internet are included. Laminate flooring and some tile service the entire living space.

Your own personal parking space is conveniently located right outside the door on the homesite property! La Petite Suite is unfortunately not wheel chair accessible as there are three steps that lead to the entrance.

We are excited to provide a home away from home while you stay in Kelowna, BC. Our city is remarkable and renowned for world class tourism, wineries, restaurants, sporting events and healthcare. We look forward to being your hosts during your stay.

Why can't I call Alf and Brenda (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Alf and Brenda (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alf and Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Alf and Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
