Description

Located in Lake Country British Columbia "Three Lakes" offers views of Okanagan Lake and the local mountains. Upon arrival you will be shown to your suite located down a lovely garden path which strolls past a waterfall and an extensive perennial garden that will have you thinking you are in North Vancouver or England. Past a bank of organic strawberries which come early in spring to the raspberry bushes that seem to produce until into October and onto an expansive covered deck that is perfect for dining outside. A large Stainless BBQ makes the home culinary experience a treat as well.

Upon entering the unit you will notice the warm cork flooring throughout this contemporary walk out suite. Tasteful decor, warm colour schemes, and matching towels have you feeling calm and at ease. High thread count sheets, down duvet completes the king size sleigh bed. The walk in closet is a wonderful accent as well, keeping unwanted clutter from your living space.

Well now that your comfy what are you going to do? How about walk to one of the 5 wineries in our local area...three within 10 minutes by foot. Or maybe go for a nature walk at Jack Seaton Park just up the road. Or perhaps maybe a walk along the waterfront just at the bottom of Hill outside (2 minutes by car). Relaxation not your cup of tea, frustrate yourself on the local word class golf courses, Predator Ridge and The Bear at the Okanagan Golf Club, both within 20 minutes drive. Oh yeah, theres boats available at Turtle Bay Marina and Pub, A whole lot of beaches, world renouned Kalamalka Lake, and the always calm Wood Lake all at your doorstep.

Oh and we are well situated to enjoy the two world class ski hills, Silver Star and Big White Resorts, and both offer Mountain bike lifts for all season enjoyment. And did I mention that this little piece of restfulness is located less than 20 minutes from the bustle of downtown Kelowna.

While you can wobble to nearby wineries you will want some form of motorized transportation for your stay...whether golfing, hiking, bird watching, doing water sports or simply sight seeing.

Interaction with guest

We will be here to great you and show you to your suite to help guests feel at ease with there new environment. After that unless we are required guests can make themselves feel like they are at home. With a floor between ourselves and guests you can be sure to have the privacy one desires.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
