Book a stay in our contemporary-style suite and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Okanagan Valley at a lakefront property! Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center access, and the excellent location. Spend the day on the private beach, then spend the night relaxing on your balcony and drinking one of the Okanagan’s finest wines.

Our lovely suite has 1 BEDROOM with a plush King bed. The Double sofabed in the living area sleeps additional guests.

Before heading out to the lake, prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. We’ll provide you with comfy bathrobes and a hairdryer.

After a day of swimming, relax on the sofa in our open LIVING AREA which has large windows that provide plenty of natural light. You can turn on the TV and enjoy your favourite show, or connect with friends and family back home courtesy of the FREE Wi-Fi. We’d highly recommend splitting a bottle of wine from one of the local vineyards and relaxing on your balcony while enjoying the view.

All of the time spent swimming is sure to work up an appetite! Craft a meal in our KITCHEN, which features a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. If you need some coffee to wake up in the morning, then don’t worry! Our condo has a coffee maker. For those that prefer the taste of something flame-broiled, head to the shared BBQ area to grill your favourite food. Or, if you don’t feel like cooking, you can try the on-site restaurant.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Manteo Resort, where our property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor and indoor pools, the shared outdoor and indoor hot tubs, access to the fitness centre, access to the business centre, the tennis court, and the 24-hour front desk.

If you’re bringing a car, there is outdoor parking available on-site. Please note that this is not a pet-friendly property.

LOCAL FAVORITES

Go for a swim, grab a paddleboard, or just soak up the sun on the private beach – there’s plenty to do when you stay here. After working on your tan, snag a seat on the outdoor terrace at Basil & Mint for a cocktail, or visit Esther & Sons and enjoy a selection of homemade baked goods. You can rent boats from the nearby Eldorado Marina.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
