Description

Come and enjoy the relaxed country life! You'll love our place because of the people, spacious house, outdoors space, mountain view, animals (dogs, cats and chickens), and the peace and quiet. We welcome families, groups and pets! Your children and pets will have 7 acres to roam!

Our house is close to Parks, 2 min from Black Mountain Golf Course and Restaurant, 35 min to Big White, 20 minutes to lots of beaches, 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants, lots of wineries to visit.

Enjoy our 2000 sq ft lower level home, complete with laundry, desk, pool table, full kitchen and more! Very open and spacious! Master Bedroom with King Bed, walk thru closet and ensuite. Second room with a Bunk bed and a Double Bed. We also have a playpen you can use if travelling with a baby or toddler. And we have a Queen Size air mattress that can be set up in the office/reading area off to the side of the living room. Stays nice and cool in the summertime. There is a hot tub, trampoline and BBQ on the deck available for you to use.

Make sure you go say hello to the animals and enjoy the fabulous mountain view!

The space is all yours and you have your own private entrance. There is family living upstairs but you won't hear much of them at all!

The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes and cookware and includes a microwave, toaster oven, blender, waffle maker, panini maker and Keurig Coffee Maker. This is our main home for most of the year so we ask that you please respect our belongings. We hope that you feel at home here and treat it like your own!

If you are bringing pets we would hope that they would be friendly enough to get along with our animals!

We are about a 30 minute walk to the nearest bus stop so it is recommended that you have a vehicle to get around with.

Interaction with guest

We love to socialize so would be happy to visit if you like but if you want to keep to yourself that is fine too! We will most likely still be on the property or camping nearby if you need us! We are more than happy to give you information about the area and suggest great places to go!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Leanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
