Luxe Camp Bell Tents are situated in the quiet picturesque mountainside of East Kelowna. Located on MacDonald Acres, Luxe Camp tents are only a short distance from beaches, hiking, wineries and Kelowna's plentiful amenities.

THE TENTS: Luxe Camp uses highly breathable, waterproof canvas bell tents that will keep you dry and comfortable in any weather. Each tent is unique in it's decor yet all provide the same high level of comfort. Luxe Camp offers you a place to relax and unwind. Luxe Camp Bell Tents are 16' in diameter and 10' tall at the center point. This provides enough space for a queen size bed and a sitting area. As an alternative should you need more bedding, two additional single beds can replace the sitting area. Outside the tents campers will enjoy seating and a table, allowing you to enjoy a camp cooked meal while staring through the valley and on to the lake below.

TENT RENTALS INCLUDE: Tent set-up One queen sized bed OR two single beds (additional bedding can be provided at an additional cost) Clean linens, a warm duvet & extra blankets A comfortable and cozy seating area Unique decor Side tables & lighting Outdoor seating & outdoor blankets One Camp Kit USB charging device (there is no power in the tents)

CAMP KIT INCLUDES: 1 cooler, 1 camp stove with gas, cook ware, dishes & utensils, kettle & french press, salt & pepper, dish towels, wash bin & soap matches & flashlight, 4 litre water jug, 1 small fan.

It is important to remember when booking with Luxe Camp, you are camping. This experience allows you to bask in the fresh air, stare at the stars and rejuvenate in nature. It also means you may be subject to challenges associated with camping such as extreme weather. Rest assured Luxe Camp will do all it can to provide a comfortable, positive experience regardless of what mother nature presents us with.

You are a regular guest of MacDonald Acres and are entitled to no special privileges. Luxe Camp operates independently of any campground therefore campground staff are not responsible for your tent or equipment. Luxe Camp is regularly on site and only a phone call away should you need assistance.

MACDONALD ACRES: Upon arrival at MacDonald Acres you simply check in, unpack and relax. Prior to your arrival your tent will be pitched and ready for your enjoyment! MacDonald Acres provides a small number of private camping sites nestled amongst natural exposed rocks. It has a convenient location just minutes from the city of Kelowna. Although close to town, you will feel miles away with breathtaking views & wildlife. MacDonald Acres offers an outdoor shower and portable washroom to ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable.

IMPORTANT POINTS: Luxe Camp will be more than happy to arrange activities for your enjoyment such as wine tours, hiking and boat rentals or even a professional photoshoot on location. You will be sharing the facilities provided at MacDonald Acres (outdoor bathroom & shower) with other Luxe Camp campers. Parking is available on premises for one vehicle. You are camping and should be prepared as such.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luxe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
