Description

Authentic 1900s stone house of 100m2 located in the heart of a typical Peloponnese village (1 hour from Athens, 1 hour from Patras, 40 minutes from Corinth) including the pleasure garden of 2500 m2 in peace and the view of the mountains seduce. The house is located 15 minutes from the seaside town of Kiato and the first beaches, and basic shops are in the neighboring village. Full of charm (stones, mosaïque and beams) the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you enter through the large eat-in kitchen, then you enter a living room with fireplace, a bedroom and the bathroom with toilet and washing machine. On the floor, there is an entrance-office, a foosball and two bedrooms. A second bathroom is located in a small house in the garden, consisting of a shower and a washbasin polished concrete, with a double attached toilet. Three large terraces will allow you to enjoy the view and calm. The house has an unlimited wireless connection. The kitchen has a gas oven with electric oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Each room has a fan. THE REGION The village has a café with a small grocery store. In the nearby village of Megalos Valtos (2km) there is a supermarket, other cafes and a tavern ("Aux 30 plane trees"), well known in the region for its spring and its large terrace where children can run to the sea. shade of plane trees. In Trophari (2km) you will be warmly welcomed in a small family tavern perched in the mountain with an exceptional view over the valley and the bay of Corinth. Kiato (15 min by car) and Xylokastro with its beautiful pine forest (20 minutes) are known for their beaches, taverns, cafes, restaurants and beach bars. The visitor can radiate easily in all the famous archaeological historical sites of the country: Old Olympia, Delphi, Sparta, Monemvasia, Mistra, Cape Sounion, the archaeological temple of Poseidon, the Acropolis, the historic village of Kalavryta, the ancient Corinth with the magnificent castle of Acrocorinth and its archaeological museum, the Antique Sikyon, Mycenae, Argos, Nafplion, the famous theater of Epidaurus, the lake of Stymphalia or the old Nemea and the wine route, the city of Loutraki with its famous thermal baths and the sumptuous Lake Vouliagmeni.

How do damage deposits work?
