Description

Surrounded by romantic farms, our luxurious holiday accommodation is located in a stunning outlook area in the peaceful climatic spa of Kirchzarten-Dietenbach in the middle of the Dreisam Valley in the Southern Black Forest. The highest mountains in the Black Forest, Feldberg, Schauinsland, Kandel and Belchen form the panorama. From here, you can either get to the city centre of Freiburg or to the middle of the Upper Black Forest within 10 minutes. Whether you want to go to Freiburg, hike through the Black Forest or want to climb the elevations in the Black Forest on a mountain bike, you can immediately start from your door step.

Just a kilometre from our holiday villa you will find the Freiburg Golf Club with 18 holes, par 72, to the Kirchzarten pool it is also only 1.5 km and in addition to cycling, horse riding, sledding, tennis, climbing, Nordic walking, inline skating, carriage rides, cross-country rides, snowboarding and alpine skiing, relatively unusual activities are possible like tandem flights, paragliding, lama trekking or milking seminars.

By daily excursions in the Europa Park, to the Schluchsee or the Titisee, to France in the Alsace or in Switzerland to Basel, we have an ideal location. By car, you can get to Basel or the middle of the Alsace within about 40 minutes.

The Steinwasenpark and different ski lifts (e.g. Stollenbach, Schauinsland, Hofsgrund, Haldenköpfle, Muggenbrunn, etc.) are directly nearby.

The entire equipment was specially developed for our 5 Star Villa in 2012/2013 and partially directly shipped from the trendy metropolis of Cape Town by container - all those who love design will appreciate the equipment ;-)

For George Clooney fans there is a Nespresso coffee machine available and nerds who love technology will like the DAB radio, a Ipod station from JBL, a Blue ray DVD player and a Samsung HD Smart TV, which brings internet applications into the lounge. In the entire house, you can also surf free of charge (wireless high-speed Internet).

In the living room, you'll find a cocoon fire place, drafted by the designer Federico Otero. The buffalo leather couch from the Chris Weylandt collection does not only look great, it is also extremely comfortable.

The luxurious Rational designer kitchen offers, among other things, a high power induction stove, a self-cleaning oven and an ultra-quiet dishwasher.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
