A perfect location for all that central Florida has to offer, for Mickey fans, serious shoppers, sun worshippers, delicious dining, space shuttle launches, big thrills and spills, airboat adventures, palm trees and pina-coladas! All in the fantastic Sunshine State!

Windsor Palms Resort is an exclusive gated community only 3.5 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World and just 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. Located just off Highway 192 West in Kissimmee, there are many shops, restaurants and championship golf courses within a few minutes drive.

Our Condo is on the third floor(US) second floor (UK) and is beautifully decorated throughout, with just a minutes stroll to the pool and clubhouse. It offers a spacious and comfortable vacation home that is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, to suit all your needs.

*Relax in the spacious, beautifully decorated lounge which features WIFI and a cable flat screen TV's. There is comfortable seating and a full dining table and chairs.

*Enjoy the morning sun on the screened patio which is equipped with lovely patio furniture.

*The beautifully furnished master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. There is a large walk in wardrobe, dresser unit and cable flat screen tv.

*The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable flat screen tv, dresser unit and large wardrobe.

*There is a full second bathroom with bath / shower adjacent to the second and third bedrooms.

*The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a dresser unit and large wardrobe.

*2 x single fold up beds are available for small guests, crib can be arranged before arrival.

*The kitchen has modern appliances for all needs and convenience. Storage cupboards in the hallway contain all appliances for washing/drying and ironing as needed.

Windsor Palms Resort offers superb facilities including: 24 hour security gated exclusive entrance, large heated swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub spa, clubhouse with high speed internet, games room, cinema, gym, pool and table tennis tables, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, children's play area, BBQ and picnic area and convenience store, all in beautifully kept grounds.

“Outstanding!”

I booked this 2 days before we flew out to Orlando but the quick, detailed communication was fantastic and put my mind at rest. The owners were friendly and informative and answered all questions promptly making the process simple. The accommodation was perfect! It has everything you could possibly need and is impeccably clean. All staff were really friendly, the guards on the gate and at the pool bar especially. Everything was within a 30 min drive, parks, shopping malls and airport. The supermarket only 5 min drive away and plenty of places to go and eat. Great price, highly recommended!

“Fantastic! Highly recommend but please don’t book our dates!”

We stayed for two weeks in peak season for a very reasonable price considering the facilities and quality of the accommodation. The pictures do not do justice to the lovely interior, which is light, well furnished and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and a drink while the kids were in bed. The pool is a two minute walk with a great little bar and club house and our daughters enjoyed spending time here away from the parks. Location is fantastic - Disney is just a 10 minute drive away and is so easy to get to from the condo and a wide variety of restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away. Walmart is also a 5 minute drive away. Communication with the owner was absolutely fantastic and they were helpful and very quick to reply to any queries. We would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation to people who can manage the stairs with luggage (just two short flights) and wish to stay in a safe gated community which is very pretty and pleasant, without a silly price tag! We were surprised at how quiet the area was and we never heard any noise other than grass cutters or cleaners keeping the communal areas well kept. The girls found their bedrooms a little warm so we left the doors open and that seemed to do the trick then when we were packing for home we found the fans that are provided! The Master bedroom has a ceiling fan and the air conditioning is great in the living areas. It was hot outside but we were comfortable inside. We really didn’t want to come home and I will miss the fantastic washer and dryer! Thankyou to Pam and Roland for letting us stay.

Great location really close to Disney parks. Communication with owners was great with lots of information with directions to condo and everything we needed to know while we were staying in the condo. Clean and modern and great amenities would highly recommended and hope to use again.

Condo had everything we needed at very reasonable price, especially for Christmas period. Owners (Ronald and Pam) very helpful with arrival instructions, directions, etc. Useful local info provided at condo. Good variety of facilities at Clubhouse - somewhat wasted on us as we spent every opportunity at Disney but could be a holiday resort in itself. N.B. Location allows handy shortcut into Disney area via Sherbeth road (off US192), especially for Animal Kingdom.

The 3 bedroom spacious condo was a great base for our full on 2 week holiday. The location near to Disney main gate suited us fine as we visited these parks the most. For those spending more time at Universal you may want to stay a little closer. The club house and shared pool was also very good for families, we only wish we had more time to take advantage of these facilities.
