Our villa is furnished to the highest standard and has the WOW factor. The villa has recently been tiled from the Great Room to the Living Room and new carpets in all the bedrooms.
From the large hallway it opens up to the large Great room with wall to wall mirrors giving splendour to the dining area.The dining table will comfortably seat six or if you prefer you can eat at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
A spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large TV and Hifi and piped music throughout.

Each of the bedrooms lead off the living area,The Master bedroom has en suite facilities with jacuzzi bath & large walk in shower and overlooks the pool.Twin & Double rooms share a family bathroom.

Games room with Queen sleeper, TV/DVD / Playstation PS3 / Football table / electronic dart board
Relax in the Great room after a hard days park surfing, or chill out by the private pool with fully enclosed pool screen.

“Perfect Family Villa”

Great location within easy reach of all attractions including Clearwater and Kennedy Space Centre. Well equipped with comfortable bedrooms and lovely well maintained pool. Perfect villa for having those vital rest and relax days during our two weeks. Would definitely consider renting again if (when) we return!

Loved it, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitley recommend, 10 mins from disney 2 mins from shops/ restaurants whilst still being in a very quiet street.

“Lovely Villa”

Stayed in this villa for two weeks over the Christmas period. On arrival villa was lovely clean and spacious and everything you needed was available. Heated pool was a bonus. Had three teenagers and one youngster and they loved the games room and pool each evening! Experience enjoyed by all the family. Owner very prompt to respond to any queries. Thank you to Angela for a lovely experience.

“Perfect base for busy Orlando holiday”

We have just returned from a two week stay and were delighted with the accommodation. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped with a lovely swimming pool. The location is perfect for touring Orlando and surrounding areas, all parks are within a 10 minute drive and there are plenty of amenities on the doorstep. Angela, the property owner was very helpful during the booking process and prior to our arrival answering any questions we had regarding the property and surrounding area.

This was our first time to florida with 2 small children, we had a lovely time, the villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, having the cot and highchair free of use was great. The pool was a real asset after numerous days spent at disney. The light bulb went in the shower room but we called the management company and it was fixed the same day, Noel at the management company was very helpful with a few questions we asked about the area. Would definately stay again and will let our friends know

“Home from home”

Lovely relaxing stay, not our first time in Florida, and won't be our last. The free internet was useful, had to be connected for email and was pleasantly surprised when the Wifi went out and the management guy had it live again within an hour. The owners hired in a new BBQ for us which was far better than our previous experience of a rusty greasy contraption at the last place we stayed at. There are many real quality restaurants a few minutes away on the 192, we love our food so didn't eat in much so can't really comment on the cooking facilities but all seemed adequate. Would definately stay here again.
