Once at the villa you will find luxurious furnishings, Belles Palace has recently had upgrades and improvements including - Beautiful Granite counter tops in kitchen & all bathrooms,Master bathroom with new color matching bespoke tiles to match the granite with a glass brick wall plus a new shower, Two leather sofas in the living area, cherry wooden flooring, new carpets, new pool / spa heater, new bedding & memory foam mattress toppers, Kids Disney theme bedrooms, large flat screen LED TV's, I Pod docking stations, fabulous games room, leather furniture, FREE high-speed WIFI access. Magnificent Games Room/Family room with 8ft solid wood, slate bed Billiard table, high grade Foosball table, Darts board, TV, DVD/VCR & X Box 360 with games, I POD / I Phone Docking stations throughout the house, DVD's and books for all ages. Outside of the house including pool deck area fully re-painted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
