Description

Sunset Palms Retreat is a four bedroom, three bath, lakefront, townhouse with a private screened in pool. It is located in the Encantada Resort which is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

Spending the day at the parks is fun. Imagine having a cool air-conditioned spacious home for some peace, quiet and comfort to go back to. Furnished to a high standard, this townhome will make your vacation more memorable.

FAMILY ROOM

Our open concept living space offers room for everyone. This bright and airy living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and a large comfortable chair. A flat-screen TV and DVD player is provided. It is the perfect place for the family to enjoy after a long day.

DINING AREA

The dining area has seating for 6, with additional space at the breakfast bar, and overlooks the screened-in pool area.

KITCHEN

Our fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to provide snacks for the kids, make a quick lunch, or have a place to prepare a special meal. It includes: a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

The four spacious bedrooms with three full baths have room for everyone. It includes en-suite master with a king bed, queen bed with an adjacent bath, and two bedrooms with two twin beds with a shared bath. All four bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV, closet and bureau space, hardwood floors, and loads of privacy. All bed linens and towels are included. All baths offer shower, granite counter tops, and plenty of space for storage.

PRIVATE POOL

Whether you go back for a relaxing afternoon or coming back late after the fireworks, the private screened-in pool means it is always open and no crowds to contend with. Sit by the pool and read a book, watch the kids play, or have a romantic candlelight dinner. The patio table has outdoor seating for 6. Three additional lounge chairs are available as well. Pool heat is available for $25 nightly and is recommended Oct 31- March 31. There is a solar cover available for use when the pool is heated. A retractable safety fence is provided.

INCLUDED RESORT AMENITIES

The resort clubhouse offers many amenities for those times you want more and is included with the rental. Concierge services are available to help you with all your ticket purchases for the major attractions in the area. The clubhouse has 2 pools, hot tub and jacuzzi, playground, fitness room, lounge and bar, internet cafe, game room, and fishing pier.

Smoking and Pets are prohibited.

We add a 13.5% tax and $120 Departure Clean.

How do damage deposits work?
