Your beautiful vacation home is at Eagle Point, Kissimmee, one of the best possible locations for access to Orlando's famous theme parks, attractions and Golf Courses. When you stay in this executive pool home, you will get great views, great decor and a private location backing on to a conservation area.Situated in a quiet, child friendly residential area, this stylishly furnished, well equipped 4 bedroom executive pool home provides a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet it's only minutes from Disney World and some of the best restaurants and shops in the area. The villa has a south facing private heatable pool with large deck area overlooking a private garden and woodland.The villa has four bedrooms, with a King Master ensuite bedroom, which is elegantly furnished, has its own cable TV and a large walk in closet, and overlooks the conservation area. There is a queen bedroom also with a TV and two brightly furnished Twin bedrooms.

Our prices are fully inclusive of all taxes and charges, the only possible additional option is pool heat, however the sunshine and warmth mean that it is only needed in deepest winter. Don't worry about a late check in the key is in a coded lock box so no rushing to beat office hours. There is Free High Speed WIFi internet all over the villa and pool area.

“Family friendly vacation home with screened in pool...immaculate and exactly as posted!”

The home was very clean and had a fully functional and equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were each spacious and had sufficient linens. There is wi-fi and sufficient space for a large family like ours (7 people). This home would be perfect for two families to share, there was enough space for everyone. The pool was lovely, and was screened in. An overhang provided shade in the backyard also. It was relatively close (driving) to more than one walmart and restaurants as needed. Just a short drive to Disney.

Owner's reply: For security reasons, on the front door, the regular deadbolt was replaced by a "key each side" lock, otherwise it would have been easy for an intruder to break a small pane of glass at the side of the door, reach through and release the deadbolt by hand, especially when the villa is unoccupied. There is also a "door bar" that can be swung into place when the villa is occupied should guests not wish to use the key secured lock.

"Our stay has been outstanding .We couldn't fault the villa or its location in any way. Steve the owner was very friendly and helpfull...nothing was too much trouble. The photos in the advert do not do the villa justice. It is very spacious, very clean and lots and lots of towels...we didn't want for anything. With the villa being just off the 192 then you are in very close proximity to Walmart and any abundance of restaurants and shops. We had a fabulous 2 weeks here and will be returning in the future.

I stayed in this villa with my family at the end of April and the first week in May. It is a well equipped and maintained villa with a lovely pool area. The master bedroom and en suite/dressing area are particularly nice. It has all the facilities you would expect and there was ample towels, clean bedding etc. We had just a few minor issues with the TV and Internet connection while we were there due to thunderstorms in the area, but Steve was very helpful (contactable by email) with immediate advice and also arranged for the local management company to address the issues, and so we were very satisfied with his prompt responses, and these were problems that were out of his control. I think that the villa is excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending it to others.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
