Description

Palm Heaven Villa has everything you need for a fantastic, relaxing family holiday. Four large bedrooms mean everyone can have plenty of space, and can sleep 8 very comfortably: one queen bedroom is downstairs with an adjacent full bathroom; upstairs is the large master suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, and two further twin bedded bedrooms, as well as an additional family bathroom.

All bedrooms have brand new flat screen TVs in them.

Downstairs is a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area: our dining table seats 8. There is plenty of seating on our comfy brand new sofas so you can relax whilst enjoying watching a large range of cable TV channels including HBO on our flat screen 50inch TV or use the DVD player.

There is a separate washer and dryer should you need to do some washing as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen for your convenience. The freezer has an automatic icemaker in it.

There is air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the master suite and lounge area.

The private pool (can be heated, optional extra charge) has a spacious patio area from which the lake can be viewed, for you to cool down in after a hot days' activities.

Palm Heaven is located on Terra Verde resort. Terra Verde is an upmarket, luxurious resort located conveniently off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. The resort is beautifully landscaped, and peaceful with a large pool, basketball court, children's play area, volleyball court, small beach and lovely lakes where you can do a spot of fishing. There is also table tennis and croquet. The clubhouse has a large lounge with free wifi and huge flatscreen TV. It also has a gym and sauna for guests to use. It is 15 minutes drive to Disney and Sea World, 20 minutes to Universal Studios. The East coast with JFK Space Center and beaches is just an hour away, the West coast including the beautiful Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches only 1 hour 15 minutes away. There is ample parking outside our villa. The resort is secure with a manned gate, and helpful staff in reception in the clubhouse.

“Great vacation”

This was a great vacation thanks to Caroline. She is great. Quick response and always very nice. Her home was perfect “it is home away from home” has everything you need. Great space, comfortable beds, and having a pool was a bonus. Close to Disney, Seaworld, aquatic and shopping stores are all around that area. Great location. I would highly recommended Caroline Haines for Terra Verde a place to stay. Thank you again Caroline you really did make this one vacation to remember!!!!!!!!!

“Family holiday”

We were a party of 6 which included 4 siblings from 12 to 22 yrs. The Villa was beautiful and met everyone’s needs. It was really spacious clean and well equipped with the most comfortable settee I have ever had the pleasure to sit on ! There was a dining table for 8 and plenty of outdoor furniture too. It was beautifully clean with plenty of towels for our use and a washer and dryer. The communal pool area was great and the complex is set in beautiful grounds. We would definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Caroline was quick to respond to queries.

How do damage deposits work?
