Well maintained fully furnished 5 bed 3.5 bath home with 25x15 heated private pool and spa. Private garden overlooking lake. Covered lanai with south facing sundeck and pool furniture. The fabulous sun drenched pool deck and shimmering waters of our private pool offer a taste of paradise that is yours throughout your stay. The luxury poolside furniture will ensure that you can relax and top up your tan and of course our indulgent open air spa is the perfect way to mellow out and get into that true Floridian spirit. For those who prefer the warmth without the glare, the spacious shaded lanai area, complete with weatherproof table and chairs and cooling ceiling fan, is an ideal spot for a quiet nap, or a little outdoor dining.

At the heart of the home, the Family Room is an oasis of calm, with its subtle tones you can unwind at the end of an exciting day

visiting the theme parks by enjoying the 46 inch flat screen HD cable and internet TV with on demand entertainment package, free high speed wifi throughout property, dvd and cd player and family games.

All of the bedrooms have been furnished with comfort and tranquillity in mind and offer all of the conveniences you would expect in a real home from home. All our bed linens and the towels throughout the house, are provided free of charge.

In addition to these beautifully presented bedrooms with en suite bathroom facilities, we also have a third bathroom located upstairs which features a bath / shower combo, and his and hers matching sinks. A fourth downstairs half bathroom features WC and basin.

For the fun loving and energetic the games room will provide hours of entertainment, and features all of those games that kids and grown ups alike long for… pool, skee ball, child friendly electronic darts and air hockey. Or if you prefer your competition a little more hi-tech, you'll also find a wii and PS3 console with separate TV & games, you can also bring your own favourite games if you wish.

Younger guests are well catered for too, and our extensive array of babyequipment means that you don't have to exceed your baggage allowance just to accommodate their needs. Provided for your convenience are a high chair, cot (crib) with bedding, stroller, baby bath, night light, vibrating bouncy chair complete with mobile, child toilet seat,, baby carrier,

sit in “exersaucer”. For peace of mind, the doors leading to the pool area are also fitted with child alert alarms.

The open plan kitchen features the expected holiday labour saving devices including a large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, stove, microwave oven, blender, electric tea kettle and coffee maker and the pots, pans, plates, knives, forks, spoons and cooking utensils for you to cook up a storm whenever the culinary urge takes you. We also have an outside gas grill with utensils if you prefer your cooking al fresco.

Conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the glistening pool the light wood expandable dining table will provide a great place for the family to enjoy a hearty meal and reflect back on the day's exciting activities. For all your laundry needs there is a fully equipped utility room with a large washing machine, tumbler dryer, iron and ironing board. .

Property is on quiet vacation/residential community with 6 fishings ponds, tennis and basketball courts, football/soccar field and 2 childrens play parks. Nearby shops and restaurants and as little as 25 minutes drive to Disney and Orlando international airport.

“Could not have hoped for more”

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks this summer and had a marvelous stay. This house is well equipped and has everything and more that we needed. There were towels for every eventuality and more baking trays than I have at home. The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival as was the pool and gardens. Ian the owner was so helpful and replied to any questions very quickly and was more than helpful. We will effeminately be booking again.

How do damage deposits work?
