You will enjoy the convenience of space to share with your family and guests as well as the privacy of your own. The home is in the close proximity of tourist destinations, such as Disney World or Universal Studios.

In the resort, they have a large clubhouse with a list of activities. There are physical activities they provide to keep healthy exercise routines going during your vacation time. An entertainment cinema room with 50 seats and daily showings. For those who prefer to be digitally involved, there are arcade and game rooms. If you want to go out for a stroll, you will love the walking trail where you can witness the beautiful landscaped around the resort.

Getting around Orlando is easier than you may think. Orlando is well equipped to accommodate the millions of visitors that we get each year. So fret not, even during peak travel seasons, the roads are well designed to allow everyone to reach their destinations. Here at Sweet Home Vacation, we highly recommend taking advantage of a rental car as it will definitely add flexibility and convenience to your holiday. If you are wanting to go for a scenic ride, or just don’t feel like driving, there is the I-Ride Trolley, which includes two routes around the International Drive area covering 14 miles including Theme Parks and Orlando Premium Outlets, single day or unlimited travel tickets are available starting from a few dollars.

Interaction with guest

For less than the price of a hotel room, you can rent the whole home, you also get a full kitchen and more! We are completely off site managers of the home, so you also get full privacy, however if you need us, you can reach us very easily before, during and after your stay. We will send you an email 7 days prior to your arrival date, with the address, access codes as well as all the other necessary information. If you have any concerns or require assistance during your stay, our professional team of property managers will be available to assist you. You can also contact us via email or phone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
