1 Bedroom apartment in KIti with WiFi and Air Conditioning, lovely small village only 10 mins from Larnaca Airport and 15 mins from Larnaca seafront promenade, the apartment has a double bedroom , bathroom with bath & shower, fully fitted kichen with automatic washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and 4 ring hob and oven, open plan lounge and dining room with colour television , DVD sat box. And Free WiFi. Large balcony from lounge and bedroom looking onto the communal swimming pool, table & chairs & 2 sun loungers & umbrellas on balcony, also sun loungers and tables at the pool. if you want to stay at the apartment, sun is on balcony all day. Tamala bar 2 mins walk away with food, drink and football, pool table, also Jacksons Bar restaurant a small walk away with large open area to drink or eat some fantastic food, 2 mins away from the apartment is a play area for children of all ages.

KIti village also has a chinese restaurant, Pizza Hut,, fish & chip shop, burgers & kebab shops, a couple of Cypriot restaurants, Alfredo fresh pizza New York style, supermarkets, 24hr hot & cold food and cake shop, coffee shops, pharmacy, banks, also Pervolia is just 2 min drive or 20 min walk away with more bars and restaurants also the camel park is 10 mins away and dreamworlds 10mins away for children with swimming pool, bouncy castle and lots of things to keep children happy. Kiti has buses which run every 30mins to larnaca and the airport.

This is a perfect holiday for families to spend quality time together and also couples who want to relax and chill out, but can have a lovely night out in Kiti or a good night out in Larnaca with lots of bars & restaurants on the promenade,, also you can go into Pervolia 20 mins walk away wIth bars & restaurants , also a 5mins drive away there is the lighthouse wihich is a fantastic restaurant called The Arte Cafe for food & drinks which is overlooking the sea, it is lovely just sitting relaxing with a drink, coffee or meal.

“great relaxing holiday retreat with a pool”

Absolutely price-worthy place in a quiet willage near Larnaca. Nan, the owner is a real care taker: always standing by, giving the upper hand with car rental, ect.. The aparment is spacious, modernly equipped and has a large balcony to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Pool is great and the whole surrounding is for a lovely peaceful vacation, though we did not stuck to the place - we wanted to discover the whole Island. We rented a car with help of Nan and that was also a great choice. Also speaking for the great location, shopes and bars are just in a walking distance even some of them 24/7! All in all, we enjoyed every minute and definitely wanna come back witht he whole family! Thx Nan and see you soon! Imre and Brigitte
