Description

Villa Evian is a modern home by the sea on the coast of Gotland, Sweden. The house is situated a few hundred meters from the beach and Djupvik restaurant/hotel.

The villa takes inspiration from the nearby hotel and has black wood panel and large glass partitions with a view of the sunset and the ocean. All materials are of the highest quality as well as the furniture.

The villa is 117 sqm with three bedrooms and seven beds (one of the bedrooms is a childrens room sleeping three children or two adults). There is a large lounge and eating area, sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with the highest standards of kitchen appliances.

The white stone and white oak floors are heated throughout the villa for pleasant stays during off-summer season.

Master bedroom: Has a California king size bed and a glass wall from roof to ceiling with direct access to the patio. It also offers plenty of closet space.

Guest bedroom: Has a California king size bed and plenty of closet space.

Childrens room: Family bed with a double lower and single upper bed. Also plenty of closets.

Bath and sauna: The large bath room offers both tub and shower. The sauna comfortably fits up to four adults.

Living- and dining room: The sea facing wall is covered with glass and direct access to the patio. The lounge area has an open fire place large sofas and a 55" 3DTV on the wall. The dining room table seats eight people.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washing machine, full size freezer and refrigerator, hot air oven, microwave oven, nespresso coffee maker and a large induction stove.

Laundry room: There is a washing machine and dryer and also a nursery for changing diapers.

Patio: A 100 sqm patio with two sun chairs, a large lounge area seating eight people and grill.

Pavilion: There is also a pavilion on the grounds with an out door dining area for eight people.

Parking: Parking is available on the street.

The closest supermarket is 6 km from the house.
There is a world class golf-course a 15 minute drive from the house.

How do damage deposits work?

If Oscar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
