Villa Persephone is a beautiful family villa with an infinity edge pool (heating available), jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic sea and sunset views.

Located on Theseus Village, Villa Persephone sits on the edge of the resort with uninterrupted sea views and offers a peaceful aspect, yet is still in the heart of the Resort just a 10 minute walk to the village square. Staying here also grants access to the Theseus Village communal pools that are just a few minutes stroll from the villa.

The ground floor of the villa features an open plan living room and dining area with a large, comfortable corner sofa, comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option, dining table and chairs and a lovely feature stone wall. Views from this area look out over the poolside terrace and to the sea view beyond. The contemporary kitchen is open plan with the dining area, making it a sociable area. It is also very well equipped, complete with a coffee machine.

One of the double rooms is located on the ground floor, with en suite bathroom. Upstairs homes the four remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The two double rooms each have an en suite bathroom (the master bedroom with both bath and separate shower) and the two twins rooms share a bathroom. The upstairs balcony is a great size and runs off three of the bedrooms. It fits sunbeds and a swing chair - making it the perfect spot to relax with a book as you soak up views of the Mediterranean.

Downstairs, the media room is well equipped with large plasma TV, Playstation III console, blue ray DVD player and surround sound system. There's also a pool table! It's the perfect hideaway if you fancy a break from the sunshine.

The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned throughout, plus there is underfloor heating for all year round comfort.

The highlight of Villa Persephone is easily the sea views, which are especially beautiful from the edge of the infinity pool. The outside terrace also offers plenty of outdoor furniture, a table tennis table, sunbeds and an outside dining table and BBQ. The 10x5 infinity edge pool and jacuzzi can be heated and there is an outside shower. There aren't many places that can offer the serenity and relaxing getaway that Villa Persephone does - it's a special villa with incredible views that are hard to forget.

o Pool heating is available for at an additional cost of £175.00 per week, (only recommended between mid-October - mid-May).

How do damage deposits work?
