"Sarayu villa" is a prestigious spacious 4 en-suite bedroomed detached house ,situated in a vey quiet private road.
You can choose the one en-suite bedroom ground floor accommodation, or the 3 ,en-suite bedroom top floor accommodation, or if you wish the whole house
One of the bedrooms is situated down stairs ,in case of mobility problems, the rest are up stairs with balconies ,also taxi & rickshaw /taxis can park right up to the front door.
Mosquito nets on all the windows and doors,.
Inverter , just in case of a power cut.
Marble floors throughout .
Hot/cold water in all the bathrooms. controlled by sola heating
Ceiling fans everywhere.
large gardens front & back with plants, ,balconies & terraces ,large kitchen, dinning area, lounge T.V & free Wi fi .

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Angie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
