Description

Beautiful rustic authentic Dalmatian house in Petrcane, Croatia and is 10 km far from historical and tourist town Zadar. The house is located by the sea in the village center but hidden in palace.You can rent the whole house or individual apartments.Petrcane has the most beautiful sunset in the world! Placed in Croatia ten kilometers from Zadar, direction Nin. The "Holiday house" is in the center of the small place only twenty steps from the Sea coast which spreads on both sides for kilometers leaving You whit a lot of choice. Beach with sand or small stones and pine tree woods offering a lot of place to rest from the hot sun. The house is only few meters from the small shop, bakery, cafes and taverns. Near by is a hotel with Fitness programs.THE HOUSE IS RENOVATED EVERY YEAR BEFORE NEW TOURISTIC SEASON!Guest AccessEach apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen. The house has a shared garden for all guests with a brick barbecue and upper studio has it's private terrace.Interaction with GuestsWe are available for all inquiries in order to make our guests feel relaxed and save on vacation.The NeighborhoodClose to the distance of only 10 km variety of amenities for young people and families and natural beauty. The house is by the sea but hidden from prying eyes.Getting aroundBus, boats, taxi

PLEASE NOTICE, IMPORTANT:

1.The house is old and in set in rustic image so if you are not a type of person who loves wooden beams instead of the ceiling, relaxed bohemic atmosphere and don't have a romantic view on life, maybe this is not a place for you. :-)

2.Guests can rent the whole house or separately by apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen. The house has a shared garden for all guests with a brick barbecue.

3.Air condition is available in living room and bedrooms of up floor apartment and studio, downstair place have fens/ventilators.

4.It is possible to use washing machine but only on special guest request during the staying.

5.We have proffesional cleaning agency that is cleaning the house before and after guests staying BUT DURING THE STAYING GUESTS ARE CLEANING THE HOUSE FOR THEMSELVES ( OR NOT , as they wish).

6.If the guest is on vacation longer than 1 week, after 7 days,the guest gets a clean beddings in chest( sheets and pillows )but they are changing it by themselves! We don't have a maid, just a housekeeper who is meeting the guests and help them with questions about the house , surroundings and locations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Damir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
