A three storey semi-detached maisonette located in a residential vacation complex, just some minutes of distance to the famous beach of Kriopigi and all needed shops and services. Our home can accommodate 8 people. Five in 3 bedrooms and an extra one at a couch bed. Two more (for a total of 8) can sleep on the living room sofa bed.

Our villa features a lovely unobstructed view to the nearby beach of Kriopigi in Chalkidiki, easy access to all the famous beaches of the area and Chalkidiki peninsulas. Our place can accommodate a large family or a group of friends

• Kitchen

A cozy kitchen fully and properly equipped for preparing your own meals. It features a kitchen and oven, kettle and toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffe maker machine and other large and small appliances. Large dining table for 6 people.

• Living Room

A large living room featuring a cozy sofa, flat tv, indoor fireplace, large windows and direct access to the lawn paved outdoor spaces where you will find furniture for enjoying your siestas and dinners. Our sofa converts into a bed where two people can comfortably sleep if needed.

• Bedrooms

There are three fully equipped bedrooms in our house. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 of a large single bed plus a couch that can convert to another bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Two out of three bedrooms offer views to the nearby beach and third bedroom to the forest.

All bedrooms have their own closets and storage space for your luggage. On the living room there is a very large sofa that can be converted to a bed where two more people can comfortably sleep.

Don't worry about bringing your own hair dryer and iron. Our home is equipped with these basic electrical appliances for your convenience.

• Bathrooms

Three bathrooms are in our house so you don't have to rush during the mornings. Two out of three bathrooms feature baths and the third a sink and toilet. We also have a washing machine for you which you can use for free of charge for the duration of your stay.

• Outdoors

We have a large open space garden and lawn paved outdoor spaces. Outdoor furniture are found in that area for your group to relax and enjoy the nature of Chalkidiki at its best. Also we give access to a shared pool located just some meters from our home.

They say that nowhere in Greece can boast beaches like those of Chalkidiki. The region has the perfect combination of that distinctive Greek light, unspoiled landscapes, colors and fragrances. And the glorious natural setting is complemented by the rich culinary fare of the region and the living religious traditions of its people, manifested in a host of feast days and other ceremonies and rituals.

This is a place where all your senses will come to life, whether on the endless expanses of sand of the fashionable, cosmopolitan beaches, or in the intimacy of the many secluded bays and coves. The scent of the pine trees and the salt brine of the sea combine to relax the body and spirit, leaving you at peace to enjoy the grandeur of the regions famed sunrises and sunsets.

There is Kassandra, or Pallini, scene of the Battle of the Giants in ancient mythology Sithonia, a magical place of green forest and blue sea and Mt. Athos, the world's only monastic state, home to twenty historic monasteries. Truly a place of dreams, and you dream has only just begun

• Kriopigi (where we are located)

The name means "cold spring." It's a small settlement (pop. 500) about 90km from Thessaloniki, and 5km south of Kallithea, on Kassandra's east coast. It's about a kilometer inland from the beach, about a 10-minute downhill walk. Its elevation, at 120m, gives you a nice view of the surrounding area, and its farms and pine forests, and of the waters of Toroneaos Bay to the east. The village has tavernas, banks, and a health clinic.

Blue Flag beach: the brilliant blue-green waters of the bay is fringed by a long, sandy, and in places sand mixed with rocks, beach. Behind the beach the extensive greenery of the area tumbles down to the sand's edge. There are umbrellas and sun beds for rent.

Kriopigi is suitable for family holidays and in the center of the village there are fish taverns, restaurants, bars and cafes. Nearby is Kallithea with nightclubs where you can party until dawn.
