Luxury villa of 155 square meters with panoramic sea views, fenced yard with lawn and BBQ in the picturesque resort of Kriopigi with developed infrastructure, an amazing turquoise sandy beach and the adjoining pine forest.

Resort Kriopigi is a delightful place for a relaxing family holiday. In the center of the resort 150m. from the house are many cozy restaurants, cocktail bars and cafes for an evening walk, as well as several luxury hotels with communal pools and Pool Bar.

Villa 155 sq.m. in two floors:

Villa Olia View consists of two completely separate apartments ground and first floors, the perfect offer for relaxation with friends or family. The villa can comfortably accept 11 persons + 1 baby in a baby cot. Two living rooms, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a green courtyard with a lawn and BBQ and a huge top veranda with a dining table and panoramic sea views, in front of the villa there is a parking for 2 cars.

Apartment ground floor 100 sq.m.: huge living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, with a living room opening onto a large front veranda with a dining table and bbq under a shady canopy and yard.

First floor apartment 55 sq.m.: living room, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, in front of the apartment is a huge veranda with a dining table and a delightful panoramic view of the sea and the green landscape of the pine forest.

The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances: air conditioners, two tv, wi-fi, mosquito nets on the windows, an iron, a board, hair dryer, wardrobes in each bedroom, bed linen and towels. And also two fully equipped kitchens: two electric. Plates with an oven, two refrigerators, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers, two toasters, a multi mixer, kitchen utensils and dishes.

Sleeping places. In the lower apartment 100m.kv. There are 7 comfortable beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed in the second two single beds, a folding double sofa in the living room and two single sofa beds. The top apartment has 4 beds, two single beds in the bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room. Bedrooms are large so that a baby cot can be put in any bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?
