The House is 110 square meters with 400 square meters plot of land.

The House offers an outdoor jacuzzi.

Is situated in one of the most beautiful places in chalkidiki – Kriopigi just 80 kilometers from thessaloniki.

The house is in front from a beautiful sandy beach and provides stunning views across the sea.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

There is a TV, DVD, and free WiFi internet

It can host 6 people and consists of two floors.

The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room witha a triple sofa bed, a fantastic fire place, an open plan large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bathroom and two balconies overlooking the sea.

The House is full air-conditioned and has also a central heating system which gives the a unique advantage of living the house all year round.

The House is fully furnished and equipped and has TV, DVD and wi-fi internet.

The exterior of the house is amazing. 400 sqm with grass, palm trees, pine trees, an outdoor living area and an outdoor jacuzzi.

The Villa is equipped with a high security alarm system.

How do damage deposits work?
