My private studio suit Casa Mutiara Service Apartment next by Swiss Garden Hotel (near Jalan Alor Bukit Bintang) with swimming pool (on roof),TV, kitchen facility, Bath, washing machine, high speed Wi-Fi and all you need plus parking space :)

well known area called Bukit Bintang and Times Square, also recently have a bridge for pedestrian with aircon from Bukit Bintang to KLCC.

** there is one extra Queen Mattress for extra guests..

☆for limited time this offer includes two towels, bed sheets blanket and four pillows, one soap bar, one hand washing liquid, dish washing liquid, washing machine for cloths + detergent, hair shampoo, toilet paper and tissue☆

There is also the convenience and easy access to public transport with a choice of Monorail, Star LRT or even taxis and buses which is a 5-minute walk from your unit.

To ensure a safe and secure environment condo has 24-hour round-the-clock security service and additional CCTV surveillance systems provided with private access cards that allow for access to your own floor and the Facilities floor.

Laundry services, café, minimart are also available.

The Condominium is about an hours’ drive away from the airport (KLIA / LCCT) and only a 15 minute drive to KL Sentral (Transit Hub).

about 20 mins walking to China Town (jalan Petaling) and Sentral Market (pasar seni). 10 minutes walking to Pudu Sentral the transit Hub to other major cities.

There is one queen bed (+one extra queen mattress that can be used for extra quests) , sofa, TV ( tv channel only some locals natgeo dw travel etc. subscribed only has HDMI and STEREO cable and AllCast to connect to laptop and mobile phone), washing machine and all kitchen facility under your control. towel, soap, toilet paper is provided once for whole stay.

There's bus station and monorail station in 6 mins walking distance.. pudu sentral terminal in 10 mins walking (bus to other cities and countries)

Changkat Bukit Bintang, BB plaza, Lowyat Plaza, Pavilion, Lot10 and lots of more shopping spots and night life spots.

all kind of restaurants that you may expect is available from chinese to middle eastern, from japanese to western and KFC and McDonnalds .. from Fried Frog to Veggie, Durian to water melon.

Here is Complete package of malaysia in walking distance reachable for you.. and that is why I rented this unit after living in KL for 5 years!

I am not living there with you since the whole unit is private for you. but i will keep in touch with you and I also can pick you from airport (since my university is near by the airport)and take you where ever you want. also if I have any personal plan around KL I will inform you to join me and my fiance:) also always available for you as adviser with more than 5 years experience of living in KL .. and if you dont like i will not interrupt your stay at all and you can enjoy your stay as you do enjoy your own home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
