The Space

What makes our house special is spaciousness in every room, the feeling of home, large yard, which can be very convenient to families with small children but also for casual gathering teams, sun etc. The house is situated in a quiet area and not facing the main road but according to your garden so that you are sheltered from prying eyes.

You will certainly enjoy and feel right at home. Very spacious house 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, large living room and large, partly sheltered courtyard, where you will enjoy the peace and quiet, yet only a short walk from the centre

Guest Access

Kukljica offers its guests unique tourist attraction: every year on August 5th, on the Feast of Our Lady of the Snow, traditional procession with boats to the Church of Our Lady of the Snow in the Passage of Ždrelac takes place. Procession is part of Kukljica tradition since 1514.

During the Feast the statue of Our Lady of the Snow, accompanied with hundred or so boats of all sizes and categories, is being taken from parish church of St. Paul to the Votive chapel of Our Lady of the Snow where according to legend a snow was falling in summer almost 500 years ago.

We are inviting you to visit us and feel the experience of beautiful and preserved nature, as well as the beauty island can give you and that will inspire your constant comebacks.

Interaction with Guests

Since we rent the whole house you will be greeted first and to welcome you with a cookie and a cocktail. If you stay more than a week day we'll clean up the house and change the bed linen and towels. Also once a week we get only a watered garden, and then when you do not get in your way or you are home.

Charm and new visions of Kukljica as well as amiable hosts will make your stay filled with unique experiences of islands world. Visit us, experience the beauty of preserved island nature and spend memorable moments of your vacation in our small place for big holiday.The neighborhood is very quiet, polite and friendly.

Getting aroundKukljica is a small place where your car is not necessary. Parking is very close to the house without paying. From the airport you have to come to Zadar (15 minutes), then by ferry to the island of Ugljan (every 20 min), and the journey takes 20 minutes. The ferry stops in place Preko and then you have another 10 min by bus.

Other Things to Note

On the island of Ugljan, Kukljica with, there is still a lot of small resorts with beautiful beaches to visit. All of these Mediterranean village with its customs where you can enjoy traditional (website hidden) is favorite holiday destination for many tourists, sailors and hikers, as well as families with children, as well as young and mature visitors. Walk on coastline and sandy beaches in the shadows of centuries old pines is enjoyment for every guest. Beaches such as Sabuša, Kostanj and Jelenica can be found on the both sides of the island.

Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is allowed if you just want the house to smoke. The yard is big and you can smoke and enjoy the air.
