Description

The house has 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite wet rooms and a sun-room containing 2 single futons. It has its own courtyard and 2 terraces (first floor and roof) plus a private section of beach, with free sunbeds and communal gardens. It is a classic Turkish holiday home with a twist giving simplicity with modern touches.To maximise the kitchen area, we have installed an electric hob (no oven) but the barbecue is gas with a hood which makes most styles of cooking available. The decor and style is very comfortable and easy to keep clean. Bedlinen and towels are all good quality and beach towels are also provided. We have a manager on site and cleaning and laundry can be provided on request by arrangement with them. Airport transfers can also be arranged through our manager who will take you to our cottage and also show you the area for general provisions etc

Bookings: 50% of the total rental is required as a deposit to hold a booking, with the remaining 50% due 28 days before departure. 100% of the rental is due at the time of booking if departure is within 28 days. Reductions can be made for longer periods or if you wish to overlap any particular periods please contact us. We do ask for a deposit of £50 against damages and this should be paid at the same time as the rental balance and will be returned in full following a final inspection of the property after departure. A welcome basket can be ordered if required - although we like to leave basic provisions i.e. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and toilet rolls for your use. It is often comforting to know there are, say, eggs, bread, fruit juice, wine or beer readily available if you arrive over night. Please do not hesitate to discuss this.

The sandy beach is classified as a Blue Beach; the sea is very shallow along this stretch so ideal for young children. The sunshades provided on the private section of beach are large so protective of sunbathers and children alike. The lawns by the beach are ideal for children and there is also a large covered area for sitting out, playing games. reading or just talking. There is 24 hour security on the site.
The house is close to the main road into Side and local transport - minibuses (called 'dolmus') are a very cheap and simple way of getting around the area. The dolmus station is within 500m of the house. There are many small restaurants and bars locally too. There is a small shop on site and a larger supermarket on the main road under 10 minutes walk.

“Great Location - Lovely house”

I have now stayed in this house a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it every time at different times of the year - it is well equipped and literally 50 metres from the beach with a huge variety of watersports Local restaurant staff always so friendly - local shops for all your needs Definitely going again next year
