Whispering Sands offers the complete family resort, providing first class quality apartments , of which we have several on different floors with different vistas overlooking the pool, sea or both, within a superb community and located in the popular Turkish resort of Kusadasi.

I find it hard to imagine a more complete community than Whispering Sands, which was built by two gentleman from Northern Ireland who understood the requirements of the ideal secure gated holiday complex , both for families and for individuals.

it is small enough to be safe and friendly but large enough to keep everyone happy.

As an owner of a holiday company i can go anywhere free of charge but prefer to pay and take my family here for the last 5 years.

All the apartments are furnished to the same high standards, including granite worktops in the kitchen and a stunning picture window making up the whole wall at the end of the lounge.Our two bed apartments have either a double and twin bedrooms or two double bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms , one of which is ensuite. Every apartment has two sofa sleepers in the lounge so that our 2 bed apartments will sleep up to 6 persons and the 4 bed apartments sleep up to 10 persons.

All the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are served by an internal lift , so no stair climbing is required. Each apartment has a good sized balcony, intercom system, smoke detectors, and WIFI

To compliment these apartments the community offers so much that for many guests going off site is an infrequent excursion.

There is a large main pool, a covered children's pool to protect them from the sun, an outside bar with sky TV, an indoor bar, games room, restaurant with live band playing 3 nights a week in season through the summer months ( not too loudly I might add). There is a shop on site selling essential items at reasonable prices, a fully equipped gym, a massage parlour, and a large indoor childrens soft play centre. Above the community is it's own floodlit soccer pitch whilst within the gardens is a second childrens play area.

A full time on site manager will attend to all your needs, and organise transport, car hire, tours, etc.

N>B> A cot is available for hire on request... I strongly recommend the half board option at just £10 per day per adult and £5 per day per child, with an excellent choice on the menu

Kusadasi is a premiere holiday resort , with much to see and do, hence a regular cruise ship port.
Activities on site are as follows

Children's cinema, beach volleyball, pool party one night a week, BBQ party one night a week, indoor pool table, air hockey table, soccer pitch, children's indoor and outdoor playground, live music, indoor and outdoor bar, sky TV, WIFI, shop, main and children's pool, French Bouillles, Sunset Bar, massage parlour, fully equipped gym and 24 hour on site manager.
In addition most evenings there is free entertainment as you enjoy a candle lit dinner by the pool.

There are many reasons why Whispering Sands is such a popular destination for holiday makers not least among these being the security and safety aspect. This is a gated community of private apartments with permanent full time staff all year long. There is 24/7 security complemented by infrared cameras, smoke alarms in all apartments wired directly to security office and external warning system, fire hydrants on all floors, direct dial internal phone system connecting all apartments to each other, reception and security office and every Block has an elevator and separate secure staircase. We hope of course never to have to avail of any of these safety measures, but nevertheless, they are there for your protection and peace of mind.

There is a full time on site manager to arrange tours, taxis, etc, and to ensure a carefree vacation.

We provide a pre holiday information pack so that guests can maximise their holiday enjoyment and can also provide a private meet and greet taxi service from Izmir and Bodrum airports. We will also assist in finding the best flights appertaining to clients locations.

Finally , and most important, for security all guests payments are lodged in a seperate clients account until the holiday is complete.


Whispering Sands operates a cashless “Tom” system which means you do not have to carry money or credit cards around with you on site. Safe and easy to use, this system will be explained to you when you arrive.

The reception office is open almost all day and night, and when it is closed the night porter will be able to assist you. There is always someone on duty who will be more than willing to help you out...

Firstly can i say the apartment and staff were excellent.wonderful place to say.entertainment most nights.would recommend to anybody.local bus takes you into town for around 50pence.
