Description

Apartment with amazing views

The apartment is in a lovely new complex with communal swimming pool with 3 double bedrooms, fully furnished, with DVD, Satelite, LCD TV, washing machine,dishwasher, internet and water cooling machine.

Located very close to the city centre. Fully equipped kitchen with a seaview balcony and nicely furnished 3 double bedrooms.

The apartment is 5 minutes to Kusadasi centre by dolmus bus or car , 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the aquapark. Also it is only 30 minutes to Ephesus antique city which is very famous and unique. The local dolmus bus number 1 operates below the gates of the apartment every 10 minutes which takes you straight into the centre for approximately 50 cents.

Towels are provided, smoking is allowed on balcony. Market / shop on site which also provides snacks open 24 / 7 during peak season.

Getting around

The dolmus bus stop is just below the gates of the complex. This number 1 busgoes straight into the centre of town and takes about 5-7 mins and also takes you out to the adaland water park and Kuster beach at a cost of 2 Turkish liras. Taxi's are also very reasonably priced.

“holiday”

Amazing place to stay at a very good price. Kid friendly with a great view and pool. Apartment was big and had everything there that we needed. Bus at the entrance takes you straight into town. My family had the best time :)

Where can start this aparment was just like home every thing u could want in it so clean and tidy and as for the host catherine nothing was to much she had every thing done even the water in ...the view from the balcony was just lovely ever morning and shop on site deffinily be booking againe and this will be my 4th to have stayed here just love it l

Just back from staying in this beautiful apartment.. it has all the things that you would have in your own house.. I have never stayed in a cleaner apartment.. the apartment has a amazing views.. the layout of the apartment is great! The owner is so friendly and no query is too much hassle.. there is a shop in the complex, it is so child friendly! Can’t wait to come back in August and September..

This beautiful three bed apartment is like a home from home. Never have I gone to an apartment and had everything I needed. Every mod con you can think of. With a small child the DVD player is a bonus.. the small local bus takes you directly to the water park for less than one euro.. the shop on site stocks everything you need. Will def be back again..

This was an amazing apartment, so spacious, all mod cons, so clean, we loved it, lovely area,owner and staff so nice and could not do enough for you. beautiful, home from home, (with the sun) I would recommend this property, safe, pool beautiful, and surrounding area picturesque, I will definitely be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
