“Great welcome, couldn't believe the space”

Reviewed 6 Sep 2017

Ank welcomed us to Waverley and we loved the space, it was far bigger than we expected. Really clean and tidy everywhere and it was a pleasure to see a very well equipped kitchen, sadly we didn't do any cooking because we were eating out with family and friends for the weekend but we could have definitely catered for everyone here! Lovely comfortable Super Kingsized bed and plenty of room to move round even with the big bed. Just one slight disappointment and Ank was very apologetic - the hot water takes an age to fill the bath - this wasn't really a problem for us and the shower worked fine. Perhaps it needs a pump, we have one at home and it works really well delivering lashings of hot water at speed! Would highly recommend staying at Waverley. We were embarking on the North Coast 500 drive and it was also perfect for exploring Skye, Plockton and the Applecross area, it worked really well for us.
