Traditional Cyprus house situated among the Lemon grows in the old city Ozankoy (Kazafani). this old house recently renovated according to its original. Impressive atmosphere of the house surrounding with the Lemon, Mandarine Orange and pomegranade Trees.

Very good Option for especially winter holidays, you can easily reach the climbing paths of the Bellapais village and Five finger mountains. Bird Watching can be done also.

House has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 saloon with open plan Kitchen in it. Old style open Fire place in the Saloon. Private garden.

5 minute walking distance to the local village shop, market, and Restaurant. 5 minute driving distance to the Kyrenia old city center. 15 minute drive to the nearest beach.

30 minutes from Ercan Airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Larnaca Airport by car.

House is fully equipped for self catering holidays.

Getting around

The most convenient way to the sights in North Cyprus is a hire car if you can drive. If you have hire car you can visit all the best beaches, restaurants and historical places, castles, churches, ruins easily. It takes to go from one end to the other end of the island only a few hours with car. If you will need a hire car please let me know, we are also doing hire car service, I can arrange your hire car. Public transportation in North Cyprus is not very developed, you cannot go everywhere with buses or dolmus. Your villa is 200 meters away from the nearest Dolmus (small Buses) stop which is in front of the Ozanköy Mosque, you can take a Dolmuş from there and go to the Kyrenia City Center. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MUZAFFER (the owner) a message.

If MUZAFFER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
