Description

We have a selection of 4 versatile studio apartments of various sizes/dimensions and layouts which would be suitable for group bookings, large extended families or 4 couples all on holiday together, with their own seating spaces, kitchenettes and shower rooms. Studios located on the ground floor and 2nd floor. To keep your booking costs down we will charge for your bookings on a per person per night basis rather than per studio basis, hence saving you on a deposit on each extra unit and extra commission payable on the booking sites. Suitable for a variety of users, e.g. teenagers will have their own space or grandparents will have their own quite space, but still all family members close by.

These apartments are located in Kyrenia town. They are of a simple clean modern design and are within easy reach and walking distance to Kyrenia town Harbour with its beautiful horseshoe harbour, fine dining and great night life nearby. You are also very near some of the best beaches that Kyrenia has to offer, Ice Beach, Deniz Kizi, Kervan Saray to name but a few and also great views. These beaches can be reached cheaply by taxi or minibus of the main road.

Each studio has a different layout and dimension from each other and we can sleep 8 guests in total in the beds, plus additional guests on sofa/foldout beds or cots provided for babies. Studio’s are prepared for our guest arriving in the following ways:-

For bookings of three adults or less will be allocated 1 studio apartment with 1 adult sleeping on a fold out bed.

For bookings of for 4 adults we will allocate 2 studios.

For bookings of 5 adult guests we will allocate 2 studios, with 1 studio sleeping 2 guests and another studios sleeping 3 guests.

For 6 adult guests we will allocate 3 studios.

For 8 adult guests will will allocated 4 studios.

Young children must sleep in the same studio as their parents.

These studio apartments are fitted each with their own electricity and water meters. We charge £20 per studio required during the booking process. Once used additional units of electricity can be purchased during your stay. Full details of how to top up again later when needed will be provided before your arrival.

Each studio has a 2 ring hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and mini oven.

Cots/High chairs for babies and extra fold out beds can be provided free of charge for our guests if we are informed of their requirements before you arrival.

Getting around

Taxis are cheap and the local bus service called 'Dolmus' can be hailed off the main roads and again they are very cheap. If you wish to travel furthered afield, then we would recommend that a car is hired.

We love to welcome our guests if we are in Cyprus during your stay, but if we are away you will still be looked after by our trusted management team who can be on hand when needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
