Description
Sema Villa is a luxury self catering villa in the heart of Kyrenia town with 4 bedrooms all with their own ensuits. The location for holiday renters is second to none as you are within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants and also the Old Kyrenia Harbour. Our home is furnished to a very high standard and we have also adapted one ensuit for guests with mobility issues. We have three ramps on the property and the ground floor ensuit has a seat and also hand grip bars.

4 bedrooms (1 bedroom on ground floor suitable for ealderly guests or less able bodied guests with double bed).
Sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 of the guests sleeping on or luxury adaptable sofas.
4 ensuit (1 ensuit on ground floor adapted for
the less able bodied)
3 ramps so that our less abled bodied guests can access around the whole property.

As we are located within Kyrenia town and set within the local community and you will be within easy distance of some of the best beaches like Ice beach, Kervan Sarah, Deniz Kisi, Turtle beach, Accopolco beach, Alagsdi beach to name but a few. You will also find a large supermarket within walking distance where you can purchase all your daily groceries and they have quite a good selection of British products also.
We have a Pharmacy on almost every street corner for any emergencies.
Sema Villa has CCTV installed around the outside areas for added security. We also have remote controlled blinds fitted on the outside of the property to keep the inside cooler from the harshness of the heat during the summer months and these are controlled from the inside via switches. They also add extra security when the blinds are down if you decide to be out all day. Our water is heated via solar panels on the roof, but if additional hot water is required during the winter months when there is less sun then you can switch the emertion heater on (switch located on the first floor under the electric fuse box ),for a while which should top up the hot water or turn on the electric showers for hot water when you only need it.
We provide our guests with a welcome pack for essentials which will include the basics like bread, milk, eggs, tea and coffee. We also add a bottle of wine to help get your holiday off to a good start.
For our more active guests they can enjoy a spot of golf, water sports, horse riding, snorkelling, water sking, para gliding and also snow skiing on the Troudos Mountains (located on the south of Cyprus). Guests who wish to participate in these activities are responsible for making their own checks before taking part in any activity as we have not checked these facilities ourselves.
