Charming, newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment, a minute's walk from the beautiful white sand beach of La Caletta di Siniscola. Peaceful - yet right in the heart of pretty La Caletta – it's five minutes' walk (or less) to restaurants, cafés, bars, a supermarket and a post office.

Safe, with private gated parking, the apartment is immaculate (cleanliness guaranteed!). With a lovely balcony, it's perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the gorgeous sunshine from May to October.

Ideal for couples, friends or a small family.

Just 20 minutes from Olbia Airport (EasyJet flies direct from London Gatwick).

“Great holiday, nice people, convenient location”

I was very happy with our stay in La Caletta. Our accommodation was lovely, clean and well equipped, comfortable size, with a dining table but also little table outside where we could sit and eat. With small supermarket (and gelato shop with selection of at least 30 icecreams!!!) just around the corner, we could cook fresh food everyday but there was also great choice of restaurants. Beach less then 5 minutes walk from property. You don't really need a car with everything on your doorstep but it is and advantage if you want to take trips and explore the island. Owners were very friendly and gave us tips on where to go.

The Appartment 'La Caletta sun and sea' is very nice equiped.... Me and my wife are almost every year at La Caletta. It has everything a turist needs on a vacation. A beautifull beach, a supermarket around the corner, bars,and every evening/night are the streets full of live and music. The owner of the Appartment is a very nice and helpful person, who will do everything to make you have a wunderfull vacation. We would highly reccomend this appartment to everyone....Even couples with young children. We definitly return with much pleasure... Ciao a tutti.

I can't believe I have actually found a place where you can see what life may have been like in the Med before the UK tourist boom, irreversibly changed so many lovely locations forever. The accommodation is brilliant and as described and shown in the photos. Clean and spacious and cleverly purpose built, so that it never got too hot to sleep, despite the weather being lovely and hot throughout our whole holiday. The beach really is 5 minutes walk away. Perhaps even less. And what a lovely beach it is too. The local shops, bars and restaurants are literally 1 minute away. This is not too close as they are nice locally run venues, and there is no noise or crowds due to this still being a small Italian tourist resort only. Only a few non-Italian tourists around and virtually no Brits, which was a very refreshing and welcome change. Prices and quality of local food and drink are still really good, again due to it not being hit by the tourist boom like most other places in the Med. I loved the choice of brilliant beaches and rural inland trips available. And the fact that there was a gentle sea breeze meaning that it never felt too hot there. This really feels like a proper slice of authentic Sardinian life. Top tips - eat as much of the amazing ice cream (gelato) as possible and do a boat trip from Orosei along the stunning coastline and find your very own deserted beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
