Absolutely gorgeous, fully and tastefully furnished luxurious condo with an amazing lake view, located on island on Lake Travis - a serene, breathtaking Mediterranean-like island villa. Get ready to be refreshed! Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, pool, sauna, etc. We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $35/night.

This 625 sqft condo is absolutely gorgeous, fully furnished and equipped with beautiful amenities to make your stay most comfortable. The condo is located on the quite side of the island, and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view of the main body of Lake Travis, overlooking a gorgeous landscape.

The space is designed to accommodate up to 4, with a king size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. To enter the condo you will need an access code, which will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival.

The Island on Lake Travis is a gated community, and you will need an access code for the island gate, and your condo. You will be provided with the codes 2 days prior to your arrival.

Getting around

Beyond the island, you will need a car to get around. Nothing is within a reasonable walking distance. You can do your shopping in Cedar Park (~15 miles) or Round Rock before arriving. There are also grocery stores in Lago Vista. Note: Drive carefully, especially if arriving at dark, as Lago Vista has a good deer population.

We do not live on site, therefore, less likely to meet with you. However, we do have help near the island. Let us know if you need assistance. Please, review our Guest Information Directory (red folder next to your television) in your condo for answers to most questions, and other information.

House rules

1. Primary guest must be age 25 or above. If you do not fall under the age criteria, please contact me prior to booking.
2. Noise must be kept low at all times.
3. Glass containers are not allowed near and around the pools. There is a community fine of $1000 for violators, and is strictly enforced.
4. Kids aged 16 or less must be accompanied at all times around the pool.
5. The white towels are never to be taken out of the condo at anytime. There are swimming pool towels available in the closet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Obi (the owner) a message.

If Obi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
