The House Lotte is a holiday rental for up to 12 people in summer in a calm typical airial Landais but 1/2 of the golf courses and beaches of the Landes If you aspire to calm and rest away from the hubbub of holiday homes feet in the water while being ideally located at 1 / 2h of the vast beaches of the Atlantic, the lakes of Soustons and Léon, golfs Landes, thermal baths of Dax and at 1h from the Basque coast and Biarritz, our airial charming typically Landes (eighteenth century) will fill all your dreams. To you tennis matches with friends, family swimming in the private swimming pool (12x6m) covered and heated which will allow you to bathe whatever the weather conditions and seasons, moments of relaxation in the spa and walks in the moor and in the forest since the trails that leave directly from the property. The main house (classified 4 ****), an authentic house half-timbered offers a bathroom (bath + separate shower), two rooms with water, a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom. You can relax in one of the 2 lounges or under the huge veranda where you can contemplate the sunrise between the pines, and sometimes the walks of deer, rabbits and squirrels. At 50m from the house, a converted barn, in fine weather, can accommodate up to 6 additional people (room upstairs and large bathroom on the ground floor with shower, double washbasin, dressing table and toilet), while the large sheepfold which hosts the library and a French billiard competition will invite you to leisure and share a moment of conviviality with friends. In the pool house you will find a shower and an additional toilet. Everything is planned here so that your holidays are a parenthesis of rest and well being. Do not load your luggage, you will find here not only your sheets and towels, but also tea towels, small cleaning and all that can facilitate your first hours of cooking (salt, pepper, spices, oil and vinegar, coffee , tea, sugar ...). Do not hesitate to serve you in our aromatic square where you can find thyme, rosemary, parsley, chives, basil ... Children will not be left out because they will be able to choose between different games, board games, books , comics and puzzles. Cot and baby chair can also be offered on request and at no extra charge.

How do damage deposits work?
