Welcome to our Open Concept 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Inground Pool w Parking in the Heart of the City!

Shopping, restaurant grazing & moonlight swims in the heart of the Lancaster social scene w easy access to Rt 30. This distinctive Lancaster City Musser Park area property is truly one of a kind. Featured on Lancaster Artwalk, this one-story home captures the eye with a Picasso painting on the front and an inspiration wall on the side. This recently renovated one-story open concept detached house has a wood burning fireplace, an inground pool and 2 off-street parking spaces.

Walking inside, you’ll be delighted to find a gourmet kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range with double convection oven at the bar-height island. The open concept great room boasts a wood burning fireplace, built-in reading nook and dining. You have a breathtaking view of the pool throughout. Be sure to greet the knight in shining armor and his Viking princess! There are 3 enticing bedrooms. The King master bedroom suite includes a large screen Roku TV, walk-thru closet plus a spa-like master bath featuring a double walk-in shower, jetted tub and dual vanities with built-in make-up table. The huge Queen bedroom has a game table, tons of closet space & a NetFlix ready TV. The third Family Fun Bunk bedroom has a double bed + bunk beds with "paper" lantern string lights & TV. Can you read the word painted by local traveling graffiti artist Ramon Trevino beside the double bed? By the way, each bedroom has an alarm clock with cell phone charges – just bring the cords that fit your phones. The second bath includes a library, pool lockers, double vanity & access to the utility room with washer & dryer. Central air conditioning & high ceilings add to an already amazing home.

The swimming pool is an approx 19'x38' rectangle that tapers from 4' in shallow end to 7-8' deep with underwater lighting. There's a 2' walkway around pool. Rear door opens within 2' of pool. Please note it's a very narrow sidewalk around the pool & no pool fence so it’s not suitable for small children. Pool & rear patio are surrounded by a seasonal flowering vine covered privacy fence. The rear patio has party string lights for evening fun! And there’s a Weber charcoal gas grill for barbequing poolside!

The large fenced-in front yard has 2 off-street parking spaces & fire pit. Street parking permits may be obtained for $2 per day from the Lancaster Parking Authority's website (scroll to bottom of page for “2019 Visitor in RPP Area” permit) or call them.

With tons of privacy, this vacationer’s paradise was built for those who desire a retreat from the ordinary to celebrate life. This is a rare opportunity to stay in an absolutely unique one-story country home in the heart of the Lancaster City social scene.

Note: The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, later if weather permits. Ask us if the pool is open before you make a reservation. The pool is covered for the winter when the temperature turns cold in October.

We have a rental agreement that you must agree to in order to stay at our property. If you book instantly, you must sign and return your rental agreement within 4 hours in order to keep your reservation. If you send an inquiry we can send you the rental agreement before you book the reservation.

If you do choose to book our property, please provide a brief description of the purpose of your trip and IDs of persons staying at our home. Also, please confirm that everyone in your group is a non-smoker.

Due to our daughter's severe allergies, absolutely no pets are allowed. Pets trigger convulsive seizures.

Our home is dynamic and changes with the seasons or when I find new treasures! Please note we change out furniture, decor, accessories, etc. from time to time which may not be pictured and items pictured may be removed. For instance, we replaced the pool bar with a patio chaise, loveseat and 2 chairs. :)

The lowest AC temperature setting is 70 which may rise if doors are repeatedly opened or if the outside temperature is in the 80s. The highest heat temperature setting is 72 which may drop if doors are repeatedly opened.

Absolutely no pets. Severe Owner allergy to pets cause seizures.

Swimming pools are inherently dangerous. Children must be good swimmers and supervised at all times.

How do damage deposits work?
