Your beautiful and very tastefully decorated 2-bedroom Temporary Living Apartment with all the high-tech features imaginable is located near the Landstuhl Train Station in a quiet side street within 3 minutes walking to downtown, 5 minutes driving from Ramstein, and 9 minutes driving to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). This area features a large variety of German stores, restaurants offering German, Italian, Greek and Turkish food. The train station can be reached within 3 minutes walking with train connections to Einsiedlerhof, Kaiserslautern, Paris, Frankfurt, Mannheim, and Munich. Your apartment is also located directly across from a large Fitness Studio, a German bakery, a large grocery store, and several clothing stores. There is a number of walking and biking trails nearby where yourself, your kids, and your pets can enjoy the great outdoors.

Your apartment features very high-speed secure WLAN, flat-screen TV, 100 English speaking programs, 200 European-speaking programs, free calls to the US and European landlines. Your TLA is located on the bottom floor and has 800 square feet with a large balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, dinette, kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, coffeemaker, American size refrigerator and freezer. Free reserved parking for 2 cars is located behind the building. This apartment can also be rented on a long-term basis. Pets are welcome and stay for free.

Enjoy the fantastic view of our wonderful landscape and the City of Landstuhl after visiting the ruins of the Nanstein castle or having lunch at the restaurant next to the castle.

Discover the Western Palatinate area with its different landscapes while walking or by bike on our well-marked biking- and hiking trails. Even St. James pilgrim finds his way to Santiago de Compostela on our idyllic hiking trails, off the beaten track of big traffic roads.

The AZUR Water World about 2 miles from Landstuhl is one of the most popular attractions in the region and provides year-round indoor/outdoor recreation for people of all ages.

The Broadway Kino located one mile from Landstuhl features 6 theaters with a total of 1 500 seats, offers many movies in English, huge parking lot.

Fit’n Fun Gym offers modern gym providing a varied course program and professional instructions. The gym includes a sauna.

The “Kurpfalz” Scout Center is a regular host to boy scouts and girl scouts from all over Germany. The ample site consists of a house with kitchen, bathrooms, common room and beds for 40 people as well as the camp site for 300 people.

The Seewoog lake in Ramstein-Miesenbach is an oasis for rest and relaxation for everyone. With its BBQ area and nice walkways, it attracts children, adolescents and adults alike.

How do damage deposits work?
